obama, can only use the big ten words, and once the vocab runs out, he simply can not put his words into action! he is a flat out liar and a shmooser! lateeeeee
You all act as if Obama changes because of polls. Obama changes because of changes in the world around him. Because we are starting to have good effects in Iraq, he is supporting the surge. In truth had we pulled out then, our country would not be in such an economic depression as we are now, but at this point it is actually more beneficial to our economy to stay. Why? Because should we create stability, which is actually in sight now, pulling out will be cheaper and a lot more cut and dry.
But, in truth, our involvement there really has little to do with them ending their civil war. In truth, it more than likely would have ended just as quickly without us. All we have really done is maybe saved a few peoples' lives who were caught in the crossfire. Now, I am not saying that is a bad thing, but what cost do we pay for it? The ravages it has had upon our economy and unity are almost irreparable in the short term, and it will take many years before we return to our previous status.
So what you are saying is that surrender is what we should have done? What do you suppose would have happened if we tried that during the revolutionary war? Or maybe the war of 1812 or WWI or WWII or the cold war? Yea surrender is a great way to solve the problem isn't it? If we had surrendered in any of these wars do you think you would be here to comment on this video today?
Had we surrendered and stopped being so stubborn in the Vietnam, we would have ended up with a lot less messed up and dead men. And Iraq is our generation's Vietnam. And guess who ended up winning Vietnam? You know, my friend's father was a Vietnam vet, and every time a helicopter flies over, he ducks down in the fetal position on the floor. Now, what I am saying is we are fighting a pointless war (Just as was Vietnam). All I am saying is quitting while you are ahead is not the same as quitting.
He sayd that before because at that time he was deceiving naive liberals in order to gain the primaries,
now he is trying to deceive a more broad audience, thats why he changes his concepts, based on the polls, and not in what is better for our country in our actual circumstances.
NObama is starting to look less and less attractive. He's going down in the polls and people are now seeing him for what he is. and that is someone who shouldn't even be running for president of the U.S. let alone be president.
While Iraq was in doubt, the conflict was portrayed as hopeless, unwinnable, and the best course of action was to just stop resisting. After it's over, the story changed to emphasize the inevitable collapse of our enemies and how our actions had little to do with it.
This guy is frighteningly stupid and wrong on about every single topic I've ever seen him talk on. And that's when he's on a script too. Off, he's ridiculous.
His entire candidacy is just that, dreams and hope. He wouldn't expect Iraq to succeed because he's never accomplished anything of such significance in his life. He's done nothing on the level required to turn Iraq around as was done in the past year. The myth is falling apart. The arrogant annointed emperor's clothes . . .

The surge has worked ONLY in the sense that, along with the soldiers, came millions of dollars in payoffs to many powerful militant Islamic leaders. These leaders are being paid off. And the terrorist groups have packed up and moved to other areas. The simple fact is that the entire war was a mistake which has only helped al Qaida's recruitment of new members, caused the U.S. to spend trillions of dollars, hampered our effort in Afghanistan, etc., etc. Only one of the candidates saw this coming.
hussein`s own words disqualifies him to be commander in chief:
"while some have proposed escalating this war by adding thousands of more troops, there is little reason to believe that this will achieve these results either."
PROVEN FALSE.
hussein NOW wants to do in Afghanistan exactly what he rejected in this November 2006 speech.
An experienced, accomplished war hero who has reached across to the Democrats on Immigration, global warming, gun control or a liberal do-nothing Senator who only knows how to read of a teleprompter and makes his policy positions based on what ever the current politics demand.

What a doofus!
"......adding more troops will do nothing..."
So, we know he was wrong about Iraq..
...but now he says he want's to add more troops to Afghanistan!
So B.O. Is your commitment to Afghanistan open-ended? How will you define victory? What's your EXIT STRATEGY from Afghanistan?
Too bad our "journalists" can't apply their critical thinking to Obamama!

The reason Bush will be smelling like a rose in the eyes of history.
Defying his commanders and public opinion, he doubled down and made it happen.
The of which history is made.
Obama is a classic liberal appeaser who runs when the going gets tough.
