Let's see, 10 on duty police officers each spending 2 hours to attend this ceremony already cost $1,000! Another problem...most of these Hmong 18 Clan members vote for Republicans who cut millions of dollars to cities and state, and the hiring of more police officers! And we're all happy because they gave $4500 to the police? Let's not be fooled by their politics!

I HAVE AN UNCLE IN THE POLICE FORCE. THAT'S WHAT HE TOLD ME, THEY MAKE STOPS AT THEIR RESIDENCE DURING ON-DUTY HOURS FOR BULLSHITTING TIME. HELP? NAY!!
