@GermanStreetOrgan No, as you can clearly see from the video there is no third row of octave open pipes nor is there a glockenspiel. However considering I bought the plans from John himself I know it is a Topsy design and the plans state that one can make as simple or complex version as you wish. My latest organ features far more pipes and glock with full self cancelling register control and is still being finished but can be seen on my latest video upload.
@GermanStreetOrgan Perhaps you are getting confused with the Universal design which has manual "stops" ? pulled out from the side at the grinders discretion. This is midi controlled and uses electronic register control from the music file. The drum is underneath. Also there still arent that many Topsys around to compare to, if you put Topsy in the search bar you only get a handful of videos most of which are John showing the development of the design or various tunes he likes once finished.
This doesnt sound like a topsy 3 at all. Did you add the stops?
