Yes we do carry distilled water onboard the jet. It is primarily used to switch engine datums in the hover if required by the engine. Does the engine overheat? Not so if you know your performance numbers prior to the hover. True you can not sit and hover all day.

The Harrier (V/STOL) Doesnt really use vertical takeoff unless its completely neccesary, with bombs and missiles attached it would take up most the fuel on takeoff, however they use Vertical landing because mostly they have dropped their bombs or fired their missiles, so the plane is lighter.
Harrier is one hell of a smoker, but you can't deny it's the best looking fucking badass scary shit fighter jet.
for me it looks better than F-16-15-14-22-35-117 and anything you could ever think of.

Nah. JSF is VTOL, is sleeker and faster, and is pretty much a transformer already. All these cool things happen when it takes off.

We were using the targeting pod that goes on station 5 and GBU-12's on station 3. So the tanks were placed on the outboard stations 2 & 6.
