I always wondered how the hell did Blizzard manage to make graphics and animations so bad in Diablo 2 ; compared to diablo 1 which made in 96.

Just look at a zombie at d1 ; smoothness and crispiness of the image and animation ; also the dying animations. and then switch to d2 and look at the zombies...you'll notice the difference I believe

@jjkk11999933222233 In Diablo II the "flaws" are improved and there you have different attack-speeds on the weapons (slow-Very fast attack speed) and you also have a thing called "Attack Rating" Wich means that every time you try hit a monster it's not allways so sure that you will hit him... As for the original "Diablo" the attack rating in that game was awfull.. You needed like over 20 hits before you had killed a simple skeleton..

One thing that might not be obvious from watching this is that Golem is actually getting hit and is almost dead himself when Diablo dies. For example I tried it with lvl20 Golem and he could never beat Diablo.

When Diablo dies Golem automatically dies too, but he is almost dead anyway when I do this. I tried level 20 Golem which is higher spell level but lower mana

and he could never beat Diablo. I think about 3 or 4 more hits and level 19 would die too.
