  • I bought a 140$ kit from integraf. The first time I did it, I forgot to take off the collimating lens, and made a dot on the glass plate? So what did I get? A dot. :p Next time I did it, I held the glass plate in place using metal binder clips Bad idea. The binder clips put pressure on the glass. The picture never showed up after I developed it. What do we learn? :D Now. the developer has expired. I need more chemicals..

  • @spencertron88 Aww, yeah, that's pretty much how these kinds of experiments go. It's actually a pretty fussy process. The basement where I made this video was way humid (in the Willamette valley, Oregon) and it took my setup days to stabilize as the moisture seeped into the sand, chipboard, rubber tubes, and so on. I never got a perfectly clear hologram.

At least the chemicals are fairly cheap, right?

  • did you get the kit from integraf?

  • MAGIC

  • You are a great presenter! Thank you, from England!

  • please tell me that the litterbox is a fresh litterbox.........?

  • @rediwsCp That's no litter box. That's an 11x14" photographic development tray filled with sandbox sand!
