I have unlocked the medic and engineer, but I can't use their abilities. Like healing teammates and building stuff.

How or when will I get them? Please help me out. :)

Make sure you've changed to the badge on the character screen before the match starts.

To use the raise gun for the Medic it's left on the cross hair to equip it then you fire it with R1.

I haven't tried Engineer yet but it's pretty much the same except you hold the cross hair button not press it.

The second abilities you have to earn. For medic; raise at least five team mates in eight matches...and for engineer I think it's have your turret gun kill five people for eight matches.

The first part of the fifth match just finished uploading; give it a look as I show the medic equip screen.

If you're missing the first ability box then yeah you've got a glitch of some kind.
