I agree with you honda doesn't deserve to be dogged on. It is just the stupid ricers that make them have a bad reputation. But my best friend has a s2k with a greddy turbo and that thing will fly. I have respect for all cars as long as they ain't assholes and are stuck up and think they are better then anyone else, like emowhitekid whose "92 hatchback" could supposedly take this. yea man i hate ricers but i nice properly done tuned honda is appreciable. i love american cars and import cars and yes i will back you up on this mustangs sound great best of all if you ask me, a buddy of mine has a stock mustang gt an 07 with a k&n intake on it and a full exhaust headers all the way back with high flow cats edelbrock shorty headers and flowmaster delta flow 40s and it sounds like a monster truck. hes going to get a programmer and cam it. :)

@acetheheretic it would be american muscle vs jap crap if they could keep up for more than 10 years or so. ex. 350z competition for mustang from 2005-2010 now the v6 mustang is almost faster than it. =] ex. 2 mitsubishi evolution. once again no competition anymore. and its already for a turbo. to make the field fair. you turbo a muscle car and your already between 500 and 600 horses and 1/4 between 9 and 11 seconds

But the reason why "Jap Crap" is so damn good, is that fact that you bring up this 350 is as fast as a V6 Mustang....well the 370z is as fast as the new 5.0 Mustang. Lets not forget first of all, everyone has their own flavor of vehicles. I wouldn't say one is better than another.

Honestly, it would be a hard race. The STI of course would handle much better, and if it was a stock GT the STI would stomp it probably. But that GT isn't stock. It at least has a supercharger and exhaust. So, its probably putting 400+ to the wheels I would think.
