last point: do we only do good to christians...of course not!
but as it says in the bible, "especially to the household of faith". You see, it doesn't say christians only, but there's a bigger emphasis on christians.
....the answer is the following scripture: "For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe" (1 Timothy 4:10")
The saviour of all men. Now let's look at another scripture:
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who are of the household of the faith.
There was a more emphasis on the Lord's death for Christians, but Jesus died for all.
Very good Matt. The problem lies with people's misunderstanding of eternal salvation. Yes indeed, eternal salvation is eternal, i.e. it can't be reversed.
The only issue I have with Carm is limited atonement, I don't believe it. I believe in Unlimited atonement. Christ Jesus died for those who would accept him and those who wouldn't. However, only those who accept Jesus as their saviour will be in Heaven.
....Why do I beleive in unlimited atonement you might ask. The answer is
Committing suicide is a very selfish act! DON'T DO IT! I once had feelings of suicide and despair, but I slowly got better by reading the Word of God and praying for deliverance. God doesn't want you to commit suicide, He wants you to trust Him and receive His love and grace.
Oh my pray in my life that I not be overcame with the cares of this world but that I be an overcomer through the Power of the Holy Sprit.Jesus paid it all. All to him owe. It is totally by Jesus by faith alone for salvation. There is nothing that we can add to our salvation. For by Grace though faith. Not by works of rightoues . It through Jesus alone. After we are saved we then learn to walk in the Spirit and allow the Holy Spirit to delevlop Christian Character within us.Grow !
. Thank God and my Lord and Savior that I will appear before Jesus at the Judgement Seat of Christ as I have never committed a sin, because of what Christ for me on that Coss on calvary. Through his death Burial and Resurrection paid for all my sins and his Blood is on the mercy seat in heaven as a testment of What Christ did on that cross staisfied a Holy God as payment for a all my sins.
does perish mean be nonresistance or burned and alway's burn wouldnt eternal punnishment not perishing,Ive concidered it but God stoped me I have a pretty high high IQ but get so confused so I just ask Jesus for answers I have confessed to every sin ive ever committed I have anxiety over the thought of eternity my suicide thought was in a stake of panic and hopelessness I cried out&wrote to Jesus I know some things are for our own good physical&spiritual thanks for the video!!!
We all have different opinions!live with that people >.< If you commit suicide its your choice, so wherever you end up,face the consequances wether its hell or heaven, BTW ya do know that these kind of debates could go on forever? lol js be smart people
James states that "faith without works is dead." These are acts OF FAITH, that one must do to show that their faith is active. Are we justified by faith? Yes, but it's through GRACE that we have been saved. Perhaps you should read more of the context surrounding the verses that you are quoting.
"No one is saved by keeping the law of God"????? Did I hear that correctly? Didn't Jesus give us commandments to follow? If they aren't important, then why did he give them? Why did God command the apostles to "Go unto the world and make disciples of all men..." Matt 28:18? You, Mr. Slick, are grossly misinterpreting Romans as well as James. Romans was written to people who were ALREADY saved. Paul was talking about Jewish rituals that some Christians were still adhearing to (Pharisees, etc).
Salvation is the state of being saved from the power of darkness (Col. 1:13), so that one may serve God in Spirit and in truth (John 4:24), free from the bondage of sin (Romans 6:17,18). Salvation from the judgment of God is given after this life to those who overcome (Romans 5:9,10, Revelation 3:21, 22:14).
Salvation from sin is given when we obey the gospel of Christ (Acts 2:38). Salvation from judgment is promised to those who abide in that faith, and keep themselves unspotted from the world.
By this reasoning, the most devout people should commit suicide. If you really believe in the redemptive power of Jesus, the best thing you can do is get to heaven quickly so that you might praise God there. All it takes is God putting the slightest desire to be with him into the devout. The devout claim this desire all the time.
I don't see the devout committing suicide, so I am guessing nobody has that much faith.
The man who sins will die. Please read ezekial chapter 18 and chapter 33. The Christian who is living in willful sins and dies in his sinful state will parish. The so called christian who takes his own life is obviously not spirirt filled or else he/she wouldnt kill him/herself because those who are in the Lord, that persons joy is complete and made manafest. So if you are a christian who is deciding to take your own life then you are opening the door of hell by doing so.
No, Christ laid down his life for his friends there is a difference. We can not say anyone is saved. I think this is giving false hope to those that want to commit suicide.
There is two parts of salvation. Christ did his part. we must now accept it. I don't think killing yourself means you have accepted Christ. Why? Cause Christ said he died for his friends and his friends are those that do what he commanded. He commanded us to love God and love our neighbor as ourselves.
@HigherStandard1776 im definitely praying for you. what ever it is you can get through it bro. nothing is too big for Jesus to tackle. just trust in him with all your heart and he will deliver you. just remember all the hard times that joseph went through before he was delivered. look at paul and peter and how many times they were beaten and thrown into prison.Jn16:33 "in me you may have peace. in the world you have trouble and suffering, but take courage- i have conquered the world." & Jn14:27
One more thing: The man who led me to the Lord, the late Pastor Lamar Junkins, here in Birmingham, Alabama, believed as you do. I've been talking with the Lord, & even though Lamar is up in Heaven right now, the Lord informed me that He hadta correct Lamar's theology/theory about "once saved, always saved" when he got up there. And, lemme tell ya, Matt, this may come as a shock to you, but you & many other of my fellow Christians who actually BELIEVE in that deception do too! (Continued)
Matt, YOU SERIOUSLY need to talk to Mary K. Baxter as well as Bill Weiss. You also need to read the book, "Christians Going To Hell" (Forgot the author's name, but it's available on Amazon.com .). Mary K. Baxter actually RAN INTO some Christians who lost their salvation when the Lord took her to Hell for 30 nights (And then to Heaven, for 10 nights afterwards) in 1976. Sorry, dude, but your theology is DEAD WRONG!!! Just ASK HER, & she'll tell you! Both she & Bill've been there, you haven't!
@cyberman2 don't believe everything you read and/or hear but test against scripture and the bible! No one can go from Hell to Heaven. "And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.' Luke 16:23. Thats Jesus speaking about Lazarus how he was in Heaven with Abraham and the rich man was in Hell. Read the bible bro and dont be decieved! :)
@maxdex30 They can if Jesus takes them there: You forget the rich man's request: To have someone actually come back from the dead & warn others about that place: Mary K. Baxter & Bill Weisse both really DID go to Hell & back (And, in Mary K.'s case, to Heaven as well.) & each described their experiences in vivid detail! Jesus, in their case--as well as in the cases of many others whom He's taken on visits to those places--was merely fulfilling the rich man's request. Nothing more, nothing less!
@cyberman2 of course Jesus could take them there if He wanted too but its backed up no where in Scripture. But Harry Potter is pretty vivid and detailed should I believe that really happened? But why would Jesus grant the rich man's request? Abraham even says like "you got your good things in life" so then why would the rich man be granted a mercy after he denied God and His people while He was on the Earth?
@cyberman2 LOL you cant lose your salvation.. jeez people commit suicide sometimes because of depression a mental illness doesnt mean there not saved..
@Clightning91 how do you figure? "Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus" Rom8:1 or how about "And this is the will of him who sent me, that I shall lose none of all those he has given me, but raise them up at the last day."John6:39.
@maxdex30 well lets have a look, at the second part of romans 8:1 also, for those who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit. now, how do i figure? hmm, lets look at judas iscariot. do you think he is alive with God? Salvation is not a one time thing, its a continuous walk in the spirit, santification. If you kill yourself you are xommitting a sin against God and yourself. why? dont you know that your body is the temple of the holy spirit? that you were bought with a price?
@maxdex30 2nd part: Your body is not your own, so be slaves unto righteousness. what righteousness is there in killing yourself for nothing? We have to struggle in life, through longsuffering, and trials, to give up on your life with God by taking your mortal life is a sin. thou shalt not kill. and if you kill yourself you cant repent.. because you are no longer under the law of grace, but now back under sin. we must stay in the law of grace while also keeping the laws of God.
@Clightning91 salvation IS a one time thing. You are saved by the grace of God, through faith, through Jesus Christ. What you are referring to is Sanctification, look it up. And you bring up Judas would have to indicate that Judas had had initially received salvation where it is no where indicated that he believed in Jesus. But stop selling God short of His grace and mercy. God can forgive all sins. And if you watched this video... there is only one.
@maxdex30 Interesting you bring up Judas. Could it not be argued that, as Judas was the one chosen by Jesus to tell the authorities (Jn 13:25-27) he was actually doing God'd will? For without Judas there would have been no betrayal, no crucifixion, no resurrection and no salvation. To suggest that Judas, as a suicide victim, is damned, suggests an ungrateful God. However, if God is a God of love then salvation is possible - even for suicide victims like Judas as well as others.
@Clightning91 And so i need to repent of everything before I die? wouldnt that be considered a works? something i need to DO in order to be saved? you cant earn your salvation bro. If you are a believer in Christ you are always under the law of grace. bible says something along the lines of "we are dead to sin but alive in Christ."
@maxdex30 You must repent daily, brother. We sin everyday of our lives. Its considered works with faith. Faith without works is dead. And there are things you need to DO in order to be saved. you must be baptized of the water for the remission of sins in jesus name, and be baptized of the holy spirit. you will know this when your tongue gives utterance, read the book of acts. we are dead to the law of sin but we are alive in christ, if we remain in christ, keeping all the laws of God
@Clightning91 its not works WITH faith. its works BY faith. meaning i wouldnt be doing works with my faith. James 2 is speaking about lukewarm people, saying if you dont have works its most likely because you have no faith. plus baptism isnt for forgiveness of sin its a sign of the new covenant and sign of true repetance. Look at the end of Acts10 they received the Spirit BEFORE they were baptized. also read acts 13:39.
@Clightning91 What about a person who is DUMB - CANNTO SPEAK? He CANOT speak in tongues, so does he go to hell by default?
"Do ALL speak with tongues?" the Apostle Paul said in Corinthians about spiritual gifts!
What about a burn victim with 90% of his body burned who CANNOT be submerged in water? Does he have to risk his physical life and endure the excruciating agony just to be baptized?
@WildManChrisVEVO Speaking in tongues is a heavenly language understood by God, now if someone was filled with the Holy Spirit, they would not be dumb anymore if they recieved the holy spirit, because the Spirit would enable that dumb person to speak.
and the burned victim, if he/she really wanted to be saved and serve God, believe this to be the truth, God will heal that person so that they may be baptized and filled with the Holy spirit. its happened at my church before.
@WildManChrisVEVO No what im saying is this, since we are going hypothetical; If the burned victim believed on Him that justifies the ungodly, and he wanted to be saved, God will heal the burned victim so that he may be baptized. Its happened before many times in the bible. Someone who didnt have salvation but was healed by God/Jesus because of their faith and then proceeded to be baptized and filled with the Holyspirit.
@Clightning91 But... What if God DOES NOT HEAL them? Do they STILL have to get baptized, even if they love Jesus with ALL THEIR HEART after repenting of their sins? We KNOW that God does NOT answer ALL prayers for healing, so why in the FUCK should we expect Him to answer his prayer 100%ly?
@WildManChrisVEVO Well think of it this way, Jesus is our spiritual husband/father. now what loveing father/husband you know, if he were able to make his child/wife happy ,that he would not do it? The people in the bible that were healed were healed because of their faith in Jesus. Now if you love Him with all your heart and you are chasing after him, God will heal you. Just not on your time. He answered prophets prayers 100% of the time, and they were ordinary men, but they loved and feared God
@Clightning91 What if the burn victim dies, loving Jesus SUPREMELY after repenting and accepting Him, BEFORE God heals him abd BEFORE He can get baptized?
@WildManChrisVEVO No one can love Jesus"supremely" cause we're human and we make mistakes. But to answer your question, if he was to die, I would"think" Jesus being Just and kind and merciful, would look at the condition of that persons heart and show sympathy upon that person. Remember, you must be baptized in jesus name and filled with his holy spirit or we can not see the kingdom of heaven, Jesus said this. but all this is hypothetical, the burn victim situation.
"People with depression should look to Jesus and get professional help?" No, Jesus alone can help you with depression. He helped me with mine. I am no longer suicidal but have hope because of Him.
One must pray to Jesus and seek help from other christians if one get so deep in depression, one MUST get the depression to go away, and that is ONLY possible through our saviour Jesus Christ! by praying and praying, by oneself and other fellow christians, and ultimatly by the power of Jesus, those demons will flee! the demons tremble when you pray! God bless - Levi
DONT AGREE! NOT TRUE! an unbeleiver goes to hell whether he does suicide or not, because he does not have the Holy Spirit in him, but a beleiver cannot be forgiven this, and he cannot ask for forgiveness any more, and when Jesus Christ comes back, he cannot repent in front of him and beg for forgiveness, does not work that way! (will not argue) God bless - Levi
This is a very interesting video and to someone who doesnt know what the scripture say it makes perfect sense. But he is forgetting one very very important point. Every sin is forgiven except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit but only and only if the sinner asks for forgivess. If a person kills him or herself, that person can NOT ask for forgiveness since he or she is dead. God can forgive a sinner who doesnt plan to sin. But someone who plans to sin, God CANT forgive. Since the sin is planned
That's not true. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that the already saved must ask for forgiveness since they're already saved. The believing sinner's salvation is eternally secure.
"But someone who plans to sin, God CANT forgive."
That's not in the Bible. God forgave David of murder and adultery.
@MegaAstrodude so you think one can never fall off ones faith? so you think "once saved always saved"? David says in the cave" dont take your Holy Spririt away from me" and the apostel Paul warns us numerous times in his letters(dont have all the sciptures here) the salvaion does not mean that you have your "ticket" ready to heaven! you cannot lean backwards in your armchair and think "i am saved, i am ok" you must ALWAYS be aware of the devil! he makes traps for us ALL the time! God bless -Levi
"you cannot lean backwards in your armchair and think "i am saved, i am ok" you must ALWAYS be aware of the devil! he makes traps for us ALL the time!"
Morally speaking, yes. However, God is so great that those faithful who have committed suicide are still saved.
God cant forgive a sinner who doesnt plan to sin. But someone who plans to sin, God CANT forgive. Since the sin is planned
Very sound teaching. Very sound teaching. Dr Charles F. Stanley has a wonder book called, Grace and Continuing Sin. Study it an compare it to scripture. Very sound teaching. I had to dump myself of all that I was taught to received the truth about eternal security. If you pray and ask God to speak to your heart and show you the truth, He will.
Saved or not, suicide is still a grave sin. Your body is not your own, it is the sole property of God almighty and you are just borrowing it. To assume that you know better than God and want to waste His precious gift to the world is a denial of God's dominion. Suicide is murder of oneself and murder is inexcusable.
@RighteousHawk1776 Fuck you..... My body is the product of my parents having sex. Your body might be a pupet but not mine. I take full responsibility for my actions and thoughts because they are mine!!!! If you think 7 billion humans are a gift on this world you need to think again dip shit.
Did I hear correctly? You cannot lose your Salvation by what you DO? Sorry but what does Matthew 25:31-46 say? Why are the goats going to Hell? Is it because of what they DID? Yes!
@OKandNOWwhat Where in those verses does it clearly say "suicide cancels out Salvation and all your relationship with God"? Does John 3:16 say "unless you commit suicide"? No. The fact is, you can take all the verses out of context you like in order to fit your meaning, but it's your opinion and it's not Biblical!
@NoelBlueheart Then suicide, go to heaven already, why dont you do that, cuz you know is wrong
Give me an example of someone in the bible commiding suicide
and, you have to confest your sin, you may not remember all your sin that u commited in the past that is why you have to repent everyday and when Gods forgive you, you dont need to repent again from that sin unless you commited again.
Maybe the bible doesnt say Suicide, but the bible doesnt mention the name Bible either.. and we use it. Why?
(cont.) An example of someone in the Bible committing suicide? His name is King Saul, and he committed suicide by falling on his sword to avoid being captured by the Philistines. There ya go.
As for the Bible being called "the Bible", that is so damn irrelevant and stupid. We have to call it SOMETHING! Maybe the Bible doesn't all itself the Bible because the books were written before the Bible existed? DUH!
@NoelBlueheart jaja, have you read the hole story, when the surviver of that battle told David that King Saul ask Him to kill him with His sword, Saul didnt kill himself, that guy(I dont know his name) kill saul, not himself.
@NoelBlueheart brother watch your languange, what contaminate a person is what comes from inside..
Just don't commit suicide your self, cuz you wont enter heaven if you do. U go by the bible, and that is the best thing to do, but also remember this that Jeesus promises us that he will send the holy spirit to guide us to truth and Justice, and He will reveal to us, and guide us..
Fill your self with the Holy Spiriti and ask him to open your eyes
@iamthebest6367 Why is "shit" contaminate? Because humans say so - not GOD? It's a fact. You are full of shit. You are a liar. Stating the truth is never wrong.
Once again, you insist that suicide means eternal damnation NO MATTER what kind of life you lived or what kind of relationship you had with God. That's not Biblical, and it's a lie. You are a false prophet teaching something that goes against what the Bible says.
@NoelBlueheart Just wanted to share w/ U what someone shared w/ me. I use to say, God didn't make "cursed words", humans did. True, but when new Christians or people that may not think as deep into though as we do hear us cursing, it damages our witness. So, we may be making a valid point but they can't get past, "that Christan just cursed!" One of the most important task as Christians is spreading God's word. Wouldn't want a couple "cursed words" blocking that. Grace & Peace
@OKandNOWwhat God takes no pleasure in arguing scripture so lets not get sidetracked by who's right and who's wrong. It's not about that at all. Let's walk in Love because that's what God calls us to do. He says to love your Lord with all your heart, mind, and soul, and the other GREATEST commandment is like it. To love your neighbor as yourself. Love is the fulfillment of the law so we must walk in it. That is what God desires and what He is pleased with.
Let's see what God has to say about the subject of losing salvation, let's see what the words in red say shall we!! Let's see what Revelation 2:5 says... Remember therefore from where you have fallen;REPENT and do the first works,OR ELSE I will come to you quickly and REMOVE your lampstand(Holy Spirit,Salvation)from its place-UNLESS YOU REPENT. These are the words that Christ spoke!! It doesn't get any clearer than that.
There was no argument, only statement of Truth. I did not post that of myself. Just following the Word, brother.
"Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, AND SO FULFILL THE LAW OF CHRIST." (Galatians 6:1-2) Jesus bless you
@iamthebest6367- If you sin as a Christian you don't go to hell. We sin everyday as Christians. Christ's blood has covered us from the Father's wrath. If the case was that all sinners go to hell, even those saved, then what is the point of Christ's blood on the cross? Your comments hold no water there. Christ saves the wicked and makes them righteous in spite of our own wickedness. He now gives us the eyes to see we are wicked, but still saved through His grace. God bless.
@Felix6512924 I do not know hwta you are traying to say.. I bet you are one of those christian who believe (Once save always saved) I tell this... Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord Hebrews 12:14
Not every Christian go to heaven, and not all Christian will be rapture
@iamthebest6367 Im saying that salvation isnt a result of doing Gods will. Doing Gods will is a result of salvation. And yes i totally agree that not every "christian" will go to heaven because theyre not true followers of Jesus Christ. Sadly they just think they are. And yes salvation cannot be lost, other wise it wouldnt say eternal, it would say you are temporarily saved.
@iamthebest6367 Bottom line you are justified by faith in Christ Jesus , your salvation through by Jesus only. like the guy said, Repentance is a cause of salvation, not a result. Repentance is impossible without having the Holy Spirit that fills you when you confess Jesus as Lord. Jesus forgives ALL your sins. Not saying that people should live in sin but repentance isnt the way to heaven. Yes we should repent of our sins in obedience to God but its not salvation. Pray for a revelation brother.
@Felix6512924 wow, so many christian are in hell for that believe, deying in sin and thinking the same thing you are thinking right now, revelations, all ready have enought(not me, others,) also, Jesus said many are called but few are chosen, also he said, 21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven
Not every Christian go to heaven, stop listening to this people.. These are false dotrine
@iamthebest6367 The real false doctrine here is the idea that suicide automatically cancels out Salvation and a lifetime of a relationship with God through Christ when the Bible never says that. This misconception about suicide comes from the Catholic Church. A long time ago, a Pope decreed that suicide was an unforgivable sin. Consequently, suicide victims were excommunicated and not allowed burial by the church. It's a man-made doctrine and *NOT* Biblical.
@iamthebest6367 Exactly what belief ? Everything ive stated is from the bible. You really need to re-evaluate your relationship with God because i get the feeling that your not walking with him. You speak as if Jesus isnt your hope and your happiness and your everything.
so, you are saying we dont need to repent from our sins, that we are save if we sin, well, u are wrong... You have to be in holyness, you know what holyness mean
In the inside and outside.
But dont worry, I not saying you are not entering heaven for your belief, well, if u dont repent from your sins u will not enter.
We should see one day, the Jesus comes for his bride.
@iamthebest6367 I never stated "we dont need to repent from our sins" God demands that we repent and so we ought to, no if's no but's. Im saying that you repent when youre saved not to be saved. I dont know how much more clear i can be about what im saying. Salvation isnt by anything we do Ephesians2:8. But we do Obey God (repent) as a result of salvation.
@iamthebest6367 The Bible never says that you have to individually ask forgiveness for and repent for every single sin you ever commit. You couldn't even remember all of your sins. The fact remains, the Bible also never states that suicide cancels out Salvation and a life time of Christianity. That's just your opinion and it's not based in God's word or anything with substance.
@iamthebest6367 What does that even mean? Look, if there was a sin serious enough to cancel out Salvation the Bible would be clear about it. It's not. John 3:16 does not say "unless you commit suicide". So give it up.
@NoelBlueheart I dont know if you understand what I am saying, u murder(suicide), u sin, if u die in sin u go to hell, not heaven, cuz nothing unpure will enter heaven..
Also, if u dont understand what I am saying, if u sin, and repent, u will be forgiven, if you sin and dont repent, u will not be forgiven until u repent, and if you die in sin, u go to Hell.. I dont know how you been a christian have that dotrine that ones save always save.. The bible said "If we confess our sin we have a lawyer
@iamthebest6367 Okay, apparently you know nothing about Christianity. We all sin! Christians sin until the day they die, but they don't go to Hell. Why? Because your sins were paid for on the Cross. You are not required to repent for every single sin you ever commit. You couldn't possibly even remember all of your sins to repent for them! By your logic, if I live my life as a Christian and forget one sin to repent for, I'll go to Hell.
The Bible says: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." John 3:16
“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life." John 5:24
Suicide is a sin and the consequence is HELL, e.g Juda atfer betraying Jesus, committed suicide and did go to hell: John 17:12. However if a christian committed suicide and before dying he get enough time to confess it before God then he can be saved.
This is incorrect. Judas did not to hell because he killed himself. He went to hell because of his betrayal of Jesus, where instead of choosing to follow Christ, he chose to follow 40 pieces of silver. Judas was doomed long before the events that directly led to his suicide.
Also, to suggest that anything more than faith in God & the acceptance of the gift of salvation is needed to be saved, is to suggest that Christ's sacrifice was insufficient to atone for our sins.
@Brassfinz : But Judas DID repent, and threw the silver back to the conspirators(there's that WORD again!); Judas HAD to do what he did to fulfill the Scriptures. Jesus told Judas, "Go, do what you have to do, and do it quickly." It was basically a command, a direct order to the only one who could be counted on to carry out the betrayal.
I use to live a sinful life surrounded by beer and women. I worked in law enforcement for over six years and got hurt really bad. I live in pain and I am very sick, Im slowly dying... I read the Bible front to back. The body is the Holy Temple which God created. If I kill myself, Im afraid that I will go to hell... I pray all the time and feel the I got hurt on the job which caused my pain and sickness because of my sins. God and Jesus did this to wake me up and to turn to them... Life is hard..
God has good reason for all these. I'd like to respond with my answer to the reasons why God may have done these things by what I've learned by the bible and from bible scholars. But first, I'd like you to give your reasons for your claims.
The question isn't is she forgiven. The question should be is there a God that exists to take you into an afterlife when you die. Since the answer is a resounding no, then simple fear keeps a person from being so stupid as to take their own life.
And for the record, only people who believe in a God slit their own throats and the throats of their daughters hoping that God will take them to an afterlife. People that don't believe that a God can forgive them won't ever commit such an act.
@Water4Jeremiah "Since the answer is a resounding no" do you have evidence for that? That's an illogical statement since you would have to know all things to know that and no man can know all things. "being so stupid as to take their own life" If there is no god then that can't be argued as stupid since without God human life has no inherent value therefore your statement is a subjective one that can't be proven.
@TopherBlairMusic Yes. The evidence that God doesn't exist is because God is omniscient, yet arbitrates scientific proofs and mathematics to non-believers and chooses to not reveal these secrets to ignorant pastors and priests. If God existed, God would give that knowledge to worshippers, not Atheists.
Now that's settled, to your next point. Since there is no God: I am God & you are God too. God is only as great as your imagination. However there are things to know outside of yourself (con't)
@Water4Jeremiah (cont-f) And your final point: if you are God, then you decide your inherent value or lack of. You simply made the decision that if a God does not exist outside of you, then you have no inherent value. But remember you are God. So the truth is you could simply make the decision to think if a God does not exist outside of you, that you do have inherent value. This maybe the first & last time in your life you'll ever get to hear this, so mark my words and make them your own.
@Water4Jeremiah He has revealed all he needed to in the Bible. Second off you just made a statement but offered absolutely no evidence to back it up. No sources even and really what you said makes no sense.
@topherblairmusic the reason why MY proof of god's nonexistence doesn't make sense to you is because you are either an ignorant Cergyman or LAIty. even the Most green college student interested IN MATH who IS interested in understanding why the square root of tWo is RatiONal, can make sense of it. i think you hold misGivings in accepting my claim as accurate because it's easier to think you already know how everything works.
You are avoiding my questions. When you said there should be heaven, what would be the purpose of heaven? I think that's a missing piece of the puzzle for you. The question is, what is the purpose for heaven and hell? And why are there angels and why did he create us? these are some important questions I'm sure you'd like to know.
Secondly, stating that He isn't perfect doesn't make any clear point. You said He needs those. Why does he need them? Who said? And what is perfection?
well that's your interpretation. Are ya a Richard Dawkins fan? I dunno what an ego has to do with being jealous for someone you love. I mean a father is jealous for his kids love, is that wrong too?
Okay, I see this really concerns you and maybe you wanna press your point. I think I've said a lot. So, I'll give you the upper leg and hear your point. Do you mind sharing with me how you came to this conclusion?
if you think that sacrifice means you die and that's it. then it doesn't work in this argument. In the Christian worldview everyone lives eternally. The question is where? I think you already understand that there is either gonna be in hell (separated form God) or in heaven enjoying the Lord forever. You see, right now you're in his presence and grace. Imagine no grace, no mercy, no presence of God. Right now you're actually living by his grace. I'll leave you with that.
k.. you really don't understand what happened on the cross or the resurrection. :\ I explained it. I guess nothing will get thru to you. It's all jargon and silliness anyway, wouldn't you agree?
Jesus wasn't omnipotent again. He always has been. It was one sacrifice for all time and all sins. In this case just one sacrifice was needed as sin was brought into the world by one man (Adam), so the second Adam (Jesus) does one act of righteousness to save mankind. He lived the perfect life Adam, nor you or I could.
@FujiwaraNoGo furthermore, suicide is clearly the cause of guilt from a self-destructive sin and the person has not truly believed that God forgives them. The sin has been made bigger than God and they feel that the sin is bigger than Jesus' sacrifice. They feel guilt instead of the gratitude we ought to feel. We can feel bad and say sorry to God and move on repenting and feeling gratitude. When we think that God won't forgive us then we call Him a liar and Jesus' sacrifice wasn't sufficient. :(
That was sacrifice. Like a soldier jumping onto a grenade for his brothers in arms in order to save them. He SAVED us by that act. He didn't commit suicide. Men killed him. And his death was a sacrifice and payment for our sins. It's not the same as a suicide. Suicide is selfish. It's lack of faith and hope.
I'm a born-again Christian but I do have a question. If a Christian commits suicide, doesn't that mean that they are NOT placing their faith, trust and hope in Jesus? God is the author and finisher of our faith. Jesus did die for all the believers' sins although suicide cannot be repented of. Faith, Hope and Love, abide in these three. You cannot abide in those if you commit suicide, and you are not abiding in those if you are in the verge of committing suicide, right? Help me out here please.
You compare suicide to other sins like they are the same. When you murder, steal or lie and then through faith in Jesus repent, you are being forgiven, but you HAVE TO REPENT. But if you kill yourself how do you continue your walk with Christ? How do you improve your way of life in becoming a new person? Suicide is not the same imo.
For those who are about to commit suicide get help there are wonderful people out there to talk to who are skilled on helping you want to live. I have a friend who saved several lives and they are alive today Reach out to God and He will help you
You say you can not go out and "sin" or else you will go to hell but you also say he that commoits suicide has commited a grave "sin" so some sin is foregivin and some not? If, "You say" Jesus bore our sins to give us life those that mean I can sin because after all Jesus bore our sins. You are so far off the mark. I rebuke your false teaching in Jesus Name!!!!
The Bible makes it very clear that Christians will always struggle with sin. Once you become saved, you are still growing in repentance, holiness, and sanctification.
How can you commit a sin (suicide) and still go to heaven when God clearly says that NO Sin shall enter heaven? You cannot say you're sorry for killing yourself before you do it, because if you were sorry, you wouldn't do it to begin with. And if you do not repent, you will not be forgiven, and how can you repent if you're dead?
Your implication is that simple belief in existence is faith, when faith in reality is following the way of God. True faith is walked in, not just thought about.
Your religious view is hypocritical. You say you cannot lose salvation, but you cannot go out an just keep sinning. Well why not? You said before salvation cannot be lost, so sin cannot remove salvation from me.
You have to talk in circles to propagate a false theory.
short answer:YES he is still saved!! Any person who commits suicide is in a HIGHLY emtionally duressed state OR they save us by giving their lives. Indeed we would have to condemn many soldiers dishonrable burials instead of postulus medals IF suicide were titally wrong. Answer:they are still saved!!
OK, I really appreciate the explanations you have given on what other religions believe. It has really helped me understand what we as Christians are dealing with when witnessing to others that believe different. However, I think you need to rethink this position. The Bible plainly tells you Hebrews 10:26 "For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins..."
There is no "Once saved always saved". Be changed, or suffer
@mochateebrown Hello friend. There seems to be confusion regarding Hebrews 10:26. It says 'after having received the knowledge of the truth....' That doesn't mean the person has accepted it. Satan has 'received the knowledge of the truth' too. But he will never accept it. If what you say is true then every Christian is still damned to a fiery indignation because we all still sin in one way or the other, although far less than before we were saved.
If i listen to you and go out and murder that person i hate, have sex with that girl i fancy, steal that car i always wanted, rape a few women, then go on a killing spree before blowing my brains out so i dont get punished...... I will be going direct to Heaven.
Now if your wrong Matt would you be willing to go hell in my place?
Matt, this teaching is dangerous.. even if you believe it.. i dont think you should be putting it up on youtbe telling people they can commit suicide and go to heaven.
last point: do we only do good to christians...of course not!
but as it says in the bible, "especially to the household of faith".

James states that "faith without works is dead." These are acts OF FAITH, that one must do to show that their faith is active. Are we justified by faith? Yes, but it's through GRACE that we have been saved. Perhaps you should read more of the context surrounding the verses that you are quoting.
megs2401 1 month ago

Matt has a very appropriate last name.

(Continued)
cyberman2 3 months ago
Matt, YOU SERIOUSLY need to talk to Mary K. Baxter as well as Bill Weiss. You also need to read the book, "Christians Going To Hell" (Forgot the author's name, but it's available on Amazon.com .). Mary K. Baxter actually RAN INTO some Christians who lost their salvation when the Lord took her to Hell for 30 nights (And then to Heaven, for 10 nights afterwards) in 1976. Sorry, dude, but your theology is DEAD WRONG!!! Just ASK HER, & she'll tell you! Both she & Bill've been there, you haven't!
cyberman2 3 months ago
@cyberman2 don't believe everything you read and/or hear but test against scripture and the bible! No one can go from Hell to Heaven. "And besides all this, between us and you a great chasm has been set in place, so that those who want to go from here to you cannot, nor can anyone cross over from there to us.' Luke 16:23. Thats Jesus speaking about Lazarus how he was in Heaven with Abraham and the rich man was in Hell. Read the bible bro and dont be decieved! :)
maxdex30 3 months ago
@maxdex30 They can if Jesus takes them there: You forget the rich man's request: To have someone actually come back from the dead & warn others about that place: Mary K. Baxter & Bill Weisse both really DID go to Hell & back (And, in Mary K.'s case, to Heaven as well.) & each described their experiences in vivid detail! Jesus, in their case--as well as in the cases of many others whom He's taken on visits to those places--was merely fulfilling the rich man's request. Nothing more, nothing less!
cyberman2 3 months ago
@cyberman2 of course Jesus could take them there if He wanted too but its backed up no where in Scripture. But Harry Potter is pretty vivid and detailed should I believe that really happened? But why would Jesus grant the rich man's request? Abraham even says like "you got your good things in life" so then why would the rich man be granted a mercy after he denied God and His people while He was on the Earth?

maxdex30 3 months ago
@maxdex30 well lets have a look, at the second part of romans 8:1 also, for those who walk not after the flesh but after the spirit. now, how do i figure? hmm, lets look at judas iscariot. do you think he is alive with God? Salvation is not a one time thing, its a continuous walk in the spirit, santification. If you kill yourself you are xommitting a sin against God and yourself. why? dont you know that your body is the temple of the holy spirit? that you were bought with a price?
Clightning91 3 months ago
@maxdex30 2nd part: Your body is not your own, so be slaves unto righteousness. what righteousness is there in killing yourself for nothing? We have to struggle in life, through longsuffering, and trials, to give up on your life with God by taking your mortal life is a sin. thou shalt not kill. and if you kill yourself you cant repent.. because you are no longer under the law of grace, but now back under sin. we must stay in the law of grace while also keeping the laws of God.
Clightning91 3 months ago
@Clightning91 salvation IS a one time thing. You are saved by the grace of God, through faith, through Jesus Christ. What you are referring to is Sanctification, look it up. And you bring up Judas would have to indicate that Judas had had initially received salvation where it is no where indicated that he believed in Jesus. But stop selling God short of His grace and mercy. God can forgive all sins. And if you watched this video... there is only one.
maxdex30 3 months ago

If you are a believer in Christ you are always under the law of grace. bible says something along the lines of "we are dead to sin but alive in Christ."
maxdex30 3 months ago
@maxdex30 You must repent daily, brother. We sin everyday of our lives. Its considered works with faith. Faith without works is dead. And there are things you need to DO in order to be saved. you must be baptized of the water for the remission of sins in jesus name, and be baptized of the holy spirit. you will know this when your tongue gives utterance, read the book of acts. we are dead to the law of sin but we are alive in christ, if we remain in christ, keeping all the laws of God
Clightning91 3 months ago
@Clightning91 its not works WITH faith. its works BY faith. meaning i wouldnt be doing works with my faith. James 2 is speaking about lukewarm people, saying if you dont have works its most likely because you have no faith. plus baptism isnt for forgiveness of sin its a sign of the new covenant and sign of true repetance. Look at the end of Acts10 they received the Spirit BEFORE they were baptized. also read acts 13:39.
maxdex30 3 months ago
@Clightning91 What about a person who is DUMB - CANNTO SPEAK? He CANOT speak in tongues, so does he go to hell by default?
"Do ALL speak with tongues?" the Apostle Paul said in Corinthians about spiritual gifts!
What about a burn victim with 90% of his body burned who CANNOT be submerged in water? Does he have to risk his physical life and endure the excruciating agony just to be baptized?
WildManChrisVEVO 2 months ago
@WildManChrisVEVO Speaking in tongues is a heavenly language understood by God, now if someone was filled with the Holy Spirit, they would not be dumb anymore if they recieved the holy spirit, because the Spirit would enable that dumb person to speak.
and the burned victim, if he/she really wanted to be saved and serve God, believe this to be the truth, God will heal that person so that they may be baptized and filled with the Holy spirit. its happened at my church before.
Clightning91 2 months ago
@Clightning91 "But to him that WORKETH NOT, but BELEIVETH on Him that justifieth the ungodly, HIS FAITH IS COUNTED FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS!"
So you're saying the burn victim has to have extra faith (that a normal person DOESN'T) JUST SO HE CAN BE BAPTIZED?
WildManChrisVEVO 2 months ago
@WildManChrisVEVO No what im saying is this, since we are going hypothetical; If the burned victim believed on Him that justifies the ungodly, and he wanted to be saved, God will heal the burned victim so that he may be baptized. Its happened before many times in the bible. Someone who didnt have salvation but was healed by God/Jesus because of their faith and then proceeded to be baptized and filled with the Holyspirit.
Clightning91 2 months ago
@Clightning91 But... What if God DOES NOT HEAL them? Do they STILL have to get baptized, even if they love Jesus with ALL THEIR HEART after repenting of their sins? We KNOW that God does NOT answer ALL prayers for healing, so why in the FUCK should we expect Him to answer his prayer 100%ly?
WildManChrisVEVO 2 months ago
@WildManChrisVEVO Well think of it this way, Jesus is our spiritual husband/father. now what loveing father/husband you know, if he were able to make his child/wife happy ,that he would not do it? The people in the bible that were healed were healed because of their faith in Jesus. Now if you love Him with all your heart and you are chasing after him, God will heal you. Just not on your time. He answered prophets prayers 100% of the time, and they were ordinary men, but they loved and feared God
Clightning91 2 months ago
@Clightning91 What if the burn victim dies, loving Jesus SUPREMELY after repenting and accepting Him, BEFORE God heals him abd BEFORE He can get baptized?
WildManChrisVEVO 2 months ago
@WildManChrisVEVO No one can love Jesus"supremely" cause we're human and we make mistakes. But to answer your question, if he was to die, I would"think" Jesus being Just and kind and merciful, would look at the condition of that persons heart and show sympathy upon that person. Remember, you must be baptized in jesus name and filled with his holy spirit or we can not see the kingdom of heaven, Jesus said this. but all this is hypothetical, the burn victim situation.

That's not true. Nowhere in the Bible does it say that the already saved must ask for forgiveness since they're already saved. The believing sinner's salvation is eternally secure.

Just don't commit suicide your self, cuz you wont enter heaven if you do. U go by the bible, and that is the best thing to do, but also remember this that Jeesus promises us that he will send the holy spirit to guide us to truth and Justice, and He will reveal to us, and guide us..
Fill your self with the Holy Spiriti and ask him to open your eyes
iamthebest6367 6 months ago
@iamthebest6367 Why is "shit" contaminate? Because humans say so - not GOD? It's a fact. You are full of shit. You are a liar. Stating the truth is never wrong.
Once again, you insist that suicide means eternal damnation NO MATTER what kind of life you lived or what kind of relationship you had with God. That's not Biblical, and it's a lie. You are a false prophet teaching something that goes against what the Bible says.
NoelBlueheart 6 months ago
@NoelBlueheart Jesus came in the flesh and die for us in the coss, A prophect of the devil canoot say that word.
Also, I am not a prophect, God forbid that I be a prophet, that is too hard, alot of people will not like them, Also in the bible there is an example.
About those people that said, Lord, But we did miracles, you rebuke demons in your name..
But jesus said, I never knew you
Not all christian go to heaven, but I am no one to say who is going to hell.

God bless.

Not every Christian go to heaven, and not all Christian will be rapture
iamthebest6367 7 months ago
@iamthebest6367 Im saying that salvation isnt a result of doing Gods will. Doing Gods will is a result of salvation. And yes i totally agree that not every "christian" will go to heaven because theyre not true followers of Jesus Christ. Sadly they just think they are. And yes salvation cannot be lost, other wise it wouldnt say eternal, it would say you are temporarily saved.
Felix6512924 7 months ago
@Felix6512924 Yes, salvation is eternal.. It saying that it is eternal as when you are in heaven, you will never die. is eternal..
Also the bible said The wages of sin is death. if you sinned and dont repent from you sin and you die u go to hell.. you like it or not..
iamthebest6367 7 months ago
@iamthebest6367 Bottom line you are justified by faith in Christ Jesus , your salvation through by Jesus only. like the guy said, Repentance is a cause of salvation, not a result. Repentance is impossible without having the Holy Spirit that fills you when you confess Jesus as Lord. Jesus forgives ALL your sins. Not saying that people should live in sin but repentance isnt the way to heaven. Yes we should repent of our sins in obedience to God but its not salvation. Pray for a revelation brother.
Felix6512924 7 months ago
@Felix6512924 wow, so many christian are in hell for that believe, deying in sin and thinking the same thing you are thinking right now, revelations, all ready have enought(not me, others,) also, Jesus said many are called but few are chosen, also he said, 21Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven
Not every Christian go to heaven, stop listening to this people.. These are false dotrine
iamthebest6367 7 months ago
@iamthebest6367 The real false doctrine here is the idea that suicide automatically cancels out Salvation and a lifetime of a relationship with God through Christ when the Bible never says that. This misconception about suicide comes from the Catholic Church. A long time ago, a Pope decreed that suicide was an unforgivable sin. Consequently, suicide victims were excommunicated and not allowed burial by the church. It's a man-made doctrine and *NOT* Biblical.
NoelBlueheart 6 months ago
@iamthebest6367 Exactly what belief ? Everything ive stated is from the bible. You really need to re-evaluate your relationship with God because i get the feeling that your not walking with him. You speak as if Jesus isnt your hope and your happiness and your everything.
Felix6512924 6 months ago
@Felix6512924 Wrong feelings then,
so, you are saying we dont need to repent from our sins, that we are save if we sin, well, u are wrong... You have to be in holyness, you know what holyness mean
In the inside and outside.
But dont worry, I not saying you are not entering heaven for your belief, well, if u dont repent from your sins u will not enter.
We should see one day, the Jesus comes for his bride.
Jesus will explain everything in heaven to us
and I have the Holy Spirit that let me know.
iamthebest6367 6 months ago
@iamthebest6367 I never stated "we dont need to repent from our sins" God demands that we repent and so we ought to, no if's no but's. Im saying that you repent when youre saved not to be saved. I dont know how much more clear i can be about what im saying. Salvation isnt by anything we do Ephesians2:8. But we do Obey God (repent) as a result of salvation.

@Felix6512924 1 john 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Also, like you said, we are save by grace, I know that, but how do u find grace?
U find grace by obeying God, walking in the right path, apart from sin, and confessing your sins before God.
That is how you find Grace.
iamthebest6367 6 months ago
@iamthebest6367 The Bible never says that you have to individually ask forgiveness for and repent for every single sin you ever commit. You couldn't even remember all of your sins. The fact remains, the Bible also never states that suicide cancels out Salvation and a life time of Christianity. That's just your opinion and it's not based in God's word or anything with substance.

@iamthebest6367 What does that even mean? Look, if there was a sin serious enough to cancel out Salvation the Bible would be clear about it. It's not. John 3:16 does not say "unless you commit suicide". So give it up.
NoelBlueheart 6 months ago
@NoelBlueheart I dont know if you understand what I am saying, u murder(suicide), u sin, if u die in sin u go to hell, not heaven, cuz nothing unpure will enter heaven..

iamthebest6367 6 months ago
@iamthebest6367 Okay, apparently you know nothing about Christianity. We all sin! Christians sin until the day they die, but they don't go to Hell. Why? Because your sins were paid for on the Cross. You are not required to repent for every single sin you ever commit. You couldn't possibly even remember all of your sins to repent for them! By your logic, if I live my life as a Christian and forget one sin to repent for, I'll go to Hell.

I have a question for everyone. Did Samson in the Bible commit suicide?
lamja00 8 months ago
Suicide is a sin and the consequence is HELL, e.g Juda atfer betraying Jesus, committed suicide and did go to hell: John 17:12. However if a christian committed suicide and before dying he get enough time to confess it before God then he can be saved.
neda2605 8 months ago
@neda2605
Brassfinz 8 months ago
@Brassfinz : But Judas DID repent, and threw the silver back to the conspirators(there's that WORD again!); Judas HAD to do what he did to fulfill the Scriptures. Jesus told Judas, "Go, do what you have to do, and do it quickly." It was basically a command, a direct order to the only one who could be counted on to carry out the betrayal.
buzzclick500 8 months ago
@Brassfinz Correction: 30 pieces of silver. Not 40.
Brassfinz 8 months ago
@neda2605 the thing is that God knows your thoughts, so if you say, I will commit suicide, but before I die, I will ask God to forgive me..
Two problems..
1)God will not let you have enough time
2)God knows your thoughts

Canlander7 10 months ago
@FujiwaraNoGo
that's interesting. Could you explain more about why you believe that a perfect being wouldn't allow any imperfections nor would create anything?
Canlander7 10 months ago
The question isn't is she forgiven. The question should be is there a God that exists to take you into an afterlife when you die. Since the answer is a resounding no, then simple fear keeps a person from being so stupid as to take their own life.
And for the record, only people who believe in a God slit their own throats and the throats of their daughters hoping that God will take them to an afterlife. People that don't believe that a God can forgive them won't ever commit such an act.
Water4Jeremiah 10 months ago
@Water4Jeremiah "Since the answer is a resounding no" do you have evidence for that? That's an illogical statement since you would have to know all things to know that and no man can know all things. "being so stupid as to take their own life" If there is no god then that can't be argued as stupid since without God human life has no inherent value therefore your statement is a subjective one that can't be proven.
TopherBlairMusic 10 months ago
@TopherBlairMusic Yes. The evidence that God doesn't exist is because God is omniscient, yet arbitrates scientific proofs and mathematics to non-believers and chooses to not reveal these secrets to ignorant pastors and priests. If God existed, God would give that knowledge to worshippers, not Atheists.
Now that's settled, to your next point. Since there is no God: I am God & you are God too. God is only as great as your imagination. However there are things to know outside of yourself (con't)
Water4Jeremiah 10 months ago
@Water4Jeremiah (cont-f) And your final point: if you are God, then you decide your inherent value or lack of. You simply made the decision that if a God does not exist outside of you, then you have no inherent value. But remember you are God. So the truth is you could simply make the decision to think if a God does not exist outside of you, that you do have inherent value. This maybe the first & last time in your life you'll ever get to hear this, so mark my words and make them your own.
Water4Jeremiah 10 months ago
@Water4Jeremiah He has revealed all he needed to in the Bible. Second off you just made a statement but offered absolutely no evidence to back it up. No sources even and really what you said makes no sense.
TopherBlairMusic 10 months ago
@topherblairmusic the reason why MY proof of god's nonexistence doesn't make sense to you is because you are either an ignorant Cergyman or LAIty. even the Most green college student interested IN MATH who IS interested in understanding why the square root of tWo is RatiONal, can make sense of it. i think you hold misGivings in accepting my claim as accurate because it's easier to think you already know how everything works.
Water4Jeremiah 10 months ago
@FujiwaraNoGo

Canlander7 10 months ago
@FujiwaraNoGo
if you think that sacrifice means you die and that's it. then it doesn't work in this argument.

Canlander7 10 months ago
@FujiwaraNoGo
Canlander7 10 months ago
@FujiwaraNoGo furthermore, suicide is clearly the cause of guilt from a self-destructive sin and the person has not truly believed that God forgives them. The sin has been made bigger than God and they feel that the sin is bigger than Jesus' sacrifice. They feel guilt instead of the gratitude we ought to feel. We can feel bad and say sorry to God and move on repenting and feeling gratitude. When we think that God won't forgive us then we call Him a liar and Jesus' sacrifice wasn't sufficient. :(
Canlander7 10 months ago
@FujiwaraNoGo
Canlander7 10 months ago
I'm a born-again Christian but I do have a question. If a Christian commits suicide, doesn't that mean that they are NOT placing their faith, trust and hope in Jesus? God is the author and finisher of our faith. Jesus did die for all the believers' sins although suicide cannot be repented of. Faith, Hope and Love, abide in these three. You cannot abide in those if you commit suicide, and you are not abiding in those if you are in the verge of committing suicide, right? Help me out here please.
imajedi182 11 months ago
You compare suicide to other sins like they are the same. When you murder, steal or lie and then through faith in Jesus repent, you are being forgiven, but you HAVE TO REPENT. But if you kill yourself how do you continue your walk with Christ? How do you improve your way of life in becoming a new person? Suicide is not the same imo.

Be changed, or suffer
mochateebrown 1 year ago
@mochateebrown Hello friend. There seems to be confusion regarding Hebrews 10:26. It says 'after having received the knowledge of the truth....' That doesn't mean the person has accepted it. Satan has 'received the knowledge of the truth' too. But he will never accept it. If what you say is true then every Christian is still damned to a fiery indignation because we all still sin in one way or the other, although far less than before we were saved.
