@xXNIRVANA123Xx It helps with the different dance moves. The piece of sock on the toes helps them to do pirouettes and slides. But they need some bare foot so that they can have sharp movements and they are not always sliding around.

they're call toe undeez, they help you turn.They also protect the balls of your feet from cracking. The more you do turns on the ballsof your feet....the more you need protection :)
