your the person that gives me the stride to do the same. im 19 and wrecked my cbr 600 drivin to my grandmothers and wrecked. the never expected me to live but god and my little girl are what pulled me through. but i wrecked on october 19 2010 and my left arm was amputated november second and when i would start to get down on myself you the kinda of person that shows me anythings possible. thank you for the video hopefully i will get to ride again one day
@freebord6969 If you lost your right arm you can get left handed throttle, and move your brake lever to the left side, tricky but doable.
If you lost your left (like me) move the clutch lever to the left side, and switch the kill switch with the turn signals, just gotta roll on the clutch with your left hand and release the clutch with the fingers on the same hand.
how hard is it to get use to riding again o lost use of my right arm im march of 09 due to a motorcycle wreck but it hasent stopped my passion i want to ride again
yeh hats off to you brett,im in same baot as you im more of a moto guy now but my set up same as yours but top lever is the clutch n bottom front brake
I am also lost my arm in a motorcycle accident in '96 on the street. I started riding a dirt bike again in 2004 and continue to ride as much as possible.
Hey Brett, nice job riding. I think I've kept in touch a bit with a buddy of yours from TMW Forum. If you're the Brett I'm thinking of, it's good to see you up. I remember hearing about your accident and you took a real big hit. Take care and good luck getting your racing license.
A better rider than 99% of people with two arms.

Way to go man. Nice bike BTW. I used to have a Superhawk but always liked the single sided swingarm on the NT650.

Brett is the coolest rider ever. Heck, he pretty much taught me to ride (pre-accident) and even after losing his arm he can STILL whip me!!
