Couldn't post to your other video but want to say that it takes  a long time

for Rifing to show progress. 2-3 months is not long in rife land.

I believe that Rosner's book and others say that the first year to

18 months can be really hard. It was hard on me for at least 6 months.

Hang in there, it's all about persistence with lyme and co-infections.

Easier said than done I know!! Hope you feel better soon.
