Contact your Internet Provider and they gladly change your IP address. Make sure to tell them that you suspect someone is DDOSing you as DDosing is extremely illegal and can result in several years in jail and a huge sum since the guy DDOSing is trespassing into your Internet Provider's property so to say. And it is the IPs Internet you just pay them to borrow it so to speak. Why dont you research some of this stuff before going around trolling?
