Etty upsets me. I remember seeing home footage of Perry and his girlfriend in the early nineties. They were held up in an apartment with a pet chicken, dropping acid and chasing each other like children. You could see love between them. Now I see him on this show wherein the men are clearly oblivious to how stupid their wives look, and he seems stunted, quietened, married to someone so out of his realm. There's a world of difference and it's not a good thing.

Did you not see the rest in that interview? It's worth a re-read if you did. IMO frugal=cheap.So effectively it is demeaning to her guy and sounds like an insult like continually saying one is "much younger" than their S.O. and their music is so before their time that they don't know it.
