Yeah I see every Urien player just do cr. short and UOH trying to get an opening to do a tackle loop and I'm sitting there like "POWERBOMB THE FUCKER, IDIOT"
Although a throw in such a situation is almost guaranteed, doing so would risk wasting the Aegis and an opportunity for better damage. Combine that with the fact that parry-minded gameplay makes throws fairly easy to land at one point or another in a match and I can easily see why even the best Uriens go for aegis/tackle combos.
Just to add, powerboming someone after the Aegis bounces them up when the Aegis hits and they fly off in the opposite direction. Why would you want that when you could try....

The only way I would do a powerbomb with Aegis is if I was gonna finish someone off with it at the end of the round. Not enough damage being done there to really constitute using in it the beginning of the round.

That last finish was great, I thought Misaka was gonna make a comeback.
When the person is just blocking behind an aegis, you're supposed to grab them, not enough players do. >_>
