Unfortunately, they can't. From what I understand, it would cost too much for them to get the clearances for all the clips they used. That's one of the reasons it's not on DVD now, and probably never will be. Personally, I don't get why not. Most of the clips came from other Hanna-Barbera shows, and Time Warner owns both HB and Cartoon Network. I'd give up some of the other clips if it meant getting this on DVD!
