@utubesqueeze It's held up by opposing pressure, no screws or anything so it can be moved around quite easily. As to the question of damage, it depends on the type of wood your door jamb is made of. At that location, the door jamb was made of softer wood, so there was some indentation from where the bars rested on it. At my new place, the door jamb is older, with tougher wood, so it's fine. If you put something under the bars if you have soft wood, you should be able to avoid damage.
Cool setup. Is that pullup bar screwed into the wall? If not, does it damage your door jambs in any way, please?
