Sry, after 60+ hours of gameplay I came to the determination that it is not an excellent game, merely an unfinished, unpolished and underdeveloped game with some potential.
Weak weapon types, scant character customization, inability to switch dynamically between characters, unfinished pathfinding, unfinished storylines, graphical slowdown and framerate lag, and a dozen other things that I won't list. Mass Effect was ...bad... here's hoping ME2 will finish what ME started. ;P
Yep, still played 60+ hours, because I still payed 60+ dollars for it. It took me all of 1 or 2 hours to find most of those flaws, with others popping up here and there through the rest of the game. And yes mito, it does take 25 hours to beat, if you only beat it on one character, one time through, missing 1/2 the acheivements and most of the "side story", which was basically a loose assortment of random characters giving random quests that had no repercussions through the rest of the game.
...What the hell! Theres no nudity! just sex, But come on! you see this kind of stuff of on rated pg 13 movies for gods sake! If you know nothing about a movie or a game dont start making made up shit!

Sry, after 60+ hours of gameplay I came to the determination that it is not an excellent game, merely an unfinished, unpolished and underdeveloped game with some potential.
Weak weapon types, scant character customization, inability to switch dynamically between characters, unfinished pathfinding, unfinished storylines, graphical slowdown and framerate lag, and a dozen other things that I won't list. Mass Effect was ...bad... here's hoping ME2 will finish what ME started. ;P

And it wasn't at all what i thought it would be, i was hoping for close to an ES oblivion level of exploration.
but the universe is really immersive and i really enjoyed the experience.

Yep, still played 60+ hours, because I still payed 60+ dollars for it. It took me all of 1 or 2 hours to find most of those flaws, with others popping up here and there through the rest of the game. And yes mito, it does take 25 hours to beat, if you only beat it on one character, one time through, missing 1/2 the acheivements and most of the "side story", which was basically a loose assortment of random characters giving random quests that had no repercussions through the rest of the game.
