I don't understand your question? France is not part of the Eurofighter group. It was but left to develop it's own fighter, the Rafale (not withotu leaving a lot of technical informations about delta-winged fighters, later used by the 4 countries of eurofighter project to built their jet)

Rafale one hunts very maneuvering, suite modern Avionica considers, hunting of 4 +++geração, the value does not argue, but what it makes if paid the English do not buy therefore are very dependents of U.S.A. Brazil would have to buy is one respected hunting.

De l aveu d un officier de l armee de l air Britannique, pour partir en mission c est le Rafale qu il choisirait, c est tout dire!

En fait la réalité, c'est que la dernière "victoire" d'un Typhoon contre un Rafale remonte à 2007 je crois, lors d'un exercice avec les typhoons de la Luftwaffe. Mais depuis, le rafale n'a pas cessé de se perfectionner et les pauvres pilotes de la RAF se sont fait plusieurs fois pan pan cul cul par nos pilotes.

@Fantaisyman ok et merci pour cette precision qui demontre que depuis 5 ans au moins le Rafale surclasse l euro-fighter. Bref l avion est tres performant et remplit toutes les missions. Ce qui a toujours fait defaut ce sont les tartuffes charges de la "communication" et de la "vente". Par ailleurs je me demande si c est si bien que ca de le vendre, le transfert de tech etant souvent compris dans l acte, si les affairistes s y retrouvent, pas sur que ce soit le cas pour le citoyen et notre pays.

Good flight demo, but, that aeronotical flight design has been around since the late 1960's . the forward wing makes it a little less stable and hence less manuverable than a twin tail design!

@chenoir sure, but, i repeat, I saw this 2 jets flying (Sion airshow 2011) and the EF did better stunts ;) maybe it's because the german pilot was better then the french... however my personal impression is in favour of the EF!

Nope, it was not confirmed fake, it was declared fake by the swiss government. And it's easily understandable, as this evaluation was supposed to have been hidden by the swiss government to force the buying of Gripen, even if it didn't reach SAF needs. So saying it is fake would be a normal line of defense. Except that in the few hours where this report was leaked, Mr Maurer (first concillor) confirmed it's authenticity in some ways. Let me just find what he said.

Ah yes, done. So, the report was directly given to M. Yves Perrin, evaluation commission dub-director (when it was leaked).

And the first councillot bureau said "the federal councillor has informed the commission about these evaluation results", then confirming the truth about this evaluation (wrong communication move indeed). Here is the scandal, Maurer was aware of it, as confirmed by it's bureau, but the evaluation commission never got these evaluations.

There was an exercise in ATLC (at Emirates in 2009) between Rafale, Eurofighter, and F22

Results of the "dog fight" :

Rafale vs Eurofighter : 4-0 and 3-1

Rafale vs F22 : 1 for F22 and 5 equality

Results of ground attack :

Rafale won all of these exercises, Rafale identified and destroyed tragets with 30-40 km while it's usually made with 4-5 km.

Rafale is the best omnirole fighter in the world, it can make several missions at the same time !

ma si vede che il rafale è partito non solo con il decollo veloce ma ha avuto anche difficolta per salire di quota mentre l' eurofighter ci ha messo più tempo perché era un atterraggio normale pulito mentre se effettuava un decollo veloce ci metteva 4-5 secondi e vi informo che la spinta dei motori dell' efa è maggiore rispetto al rafale e si vede benissimo e si sa che il rafale è una brutta copia dell efa!
