There's another manga which is a Prequel to the original. I believe it's called Hellsing: The Dawn. It features Walter (aka the butler) in his youth and Alucard possessing the body of a little girl.

Hellsing Ultimate follows the manga. Hellsing Ultimate is an ova to the original series which is just titled Hellsing. Hellsing Ultimate is still ongoing, and it takes about 6 to 8 months for each episode to be produced and released. The manga is AMAZING, and I strongly suggest reading it before watching Hellsing Ultimate series!!!

@Tithan85 Yea I really liked it. I had a lot of trouble finding that last couple episodes of the hellsing ultimate series. Which is like the newer version of the normal hellsing but they both have a different story line to an extent they start to differ near the middle.

After all he was leisurely strolling to the location where this vampire was killing countless people. And presumably his missions prior to this point has been: Go to a location, eliminate the disturbance, and try not to make too much of a mess.
