Hey Ian, i really hate doing a bunch of sets. like if i work biceps/triceps together i am doing like 24 sets and i get impatient and start rushing my sets because of the long workload ahead. what do you think about doing chest and triceps together?
i know the issue is dead and hate to bring it up, but i heard about your channel through the twins and never really gave you the time of day. i'm ashamed to say without divulging into your channel and your information, i figured you were full of crap.
but i have to say with this series and a few other videos i've checked out, you really do know what you're talking about and you have gained a subscriber today. great video, i regret not knowing this channel sooner, great work :)
I recently just discovered your channel from "flexforall2" and i must say that you have done a very impressive and informative video on the triceps! You have me subscribed and i look forward to watching the rest of your 79 videos :)
Keep it up bro and don't let anyone discourage you!
Oh and the video about the "Hodgetwins" really got me thinking. Yes i must admit that i do watch them and i will continue to watch them but in a more vigilant way.
BACK next please. would be very appreciated. Everyone say's different. I'd love to get information from a scientific and mostly physical point. Not just Bro science shit. Btw your vids are great ;). keep up the work
g4p srs question? LOLZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZYZZZZZZ just/k buda I am all over this video like a crack whore on a jons prick. Cool movievideo thingy
truth about overtraining? please! imreally confused about this. some people say its nearly impossible to overtrain when your stress levels and sleep are in tact, where as others say to only train every other day at a moderate intensity to avoid overtraining, cortisol, etc. thanks
LOLL i was on my other youtube account and commented 'This is a great video man' and saw that you blocked me from commenting:( not cool ! anywayss greatt video
I say stick to nutrition! seems you Appear to know more about that... i mean... ? I watched a video of you in the gym! Pressing 100 pounds on a smith machine.. then telling someone how to lift. A little ridiculous ! Or NO?
Great video maybe next time you can throw in clips of the exercises as you talk about them to show form and range of motion. Thanks really helpful video
@futb0lista7777777 Sleep is very individual so I really can't give a blanket recommendation short of saying that you should sleep as much as you need to be able to function optimally. For teens that is typically 8-10 hours per day.
is it neccessary to do dips/cgbp etc if you are doing a lot of presses in the same workout?

@MrYippykayay Nope.

Fuck the haters for this one, vids like these need to be made. Very important for people to know exactly which parts work best.

Is close grip bench the most effective exercise for triceps?
I do dips, close grip bench, skull crushers and rope push downs for my tricep workout and they feel sore after.

Since your too young and probably don't have kids, and too old to watch it, that was a quote from the great and wise Spongebob.
