not sure if this is a good choice for wedding music, this was my most favorite piece of classical music, until 8 years ago, totally unknown to me, 8 yrs ago at my fathers funeral, his coffin was brought in to this music, still love it though but think its the of all saddest music baring 'OLD SHEP'

He passed away last saturday and the ceremony will be at coming friday.

He was an enthousiast organ player and also organ technician.

I've heard this said as being played at many funerals, but I think if you sped the tempo just a tad it would be so beautiful for a wedding. I've wanted to walk down the aisle to this since I was 10!

Very nicely done. The beauty of the whole piece is it's simplicity and grace.  Wonderful harmony. Only better version I've heard is from Diane Bish, and obviously there's a big difference between your instrument and the one she has to work with! Again, great job Lance!

im not really a religious person but im a big fan of music like that on the organ...the church organ/pipe organ is my favourite musical instrument..brilliant song..im learing a similar version on my piano and it sounds great

Thanks - this is just a simplified arrangement in a hymn book, make sure your Organist plays the original score (G) for Organ.... pedal is nice. GOOD LUCK & Congratulations †
