That chart shows job "gains" were part of the years that were fueled by debt- it was a phantom growth, just like the housing market. Now it's going back down to "reality".

160,000 jobs give or take need to be created a month to keep up with people entering the job market so when there jobs being lost say 400,000 a month you will need to add the 160,000 to the 400,000 job loss more like 560,000 jobs lost people just don’t get it
