so yea, came back to this song the other day and remembered that you do the second riff in the beginning fairly well...i see another comment where you talk about it. I am having the most difficulty, not with the hammer ons so much...but keeping the strumming going as well while hammering on. I am also having the same problems with other songs such as John Mayer's "who says" and death cab for cuties "Ill follow you into the dark" How do you do it?

I didn't learn it anywhere. I figured out that the second part was (relative to the capo) a hammer on the b string from the first to the third fret and just incorporated that hammer into the regular riff.
