This brought back a bad memory. The floor under my mom's oven was worn, so our friend offered to put in a new floor. He put the oven back when the floor was done. He went out to turn on the gas to the line, while my mom tried to ligh the pilot lights. All this was taking place while I was asleep im my room, JUST on the other side of the wall where the oven was. Unfortunately, he forgot to connect the line to the stove, so when there was enough gas to meet the flame, BOOM!It burned my mom's feet.
