  • have u recorded a tv show ? looks like it :S

  • Your steak looks good but remember less is best. The Philly Cheesesteak is with wit or witout and your desired cheese. 99% of the time there isn't pepper on it. or mushrooms. I'm sure they taste good but it's not in the traditional sandwich.

  • just ask your local store for the butcher to cut you thin rib eye its what I do

  • putting the veggies on top of the cheese. you got something there. the cheese will mix with the meat and veggies and not stick to the bread when on top. it's only that a cheese steak sandwich looks better with the cheese on top. looks like a masterpiece. thanks.

  • What is the bread? Thanks great video!

  • 100% Sliced Bison Ribeye, onion, green and red bell pepper, garlic, queso asadero, provolone cheese, muenster cheese, and chile verde!! TEXAS Steak sandwich! y que?

  • Crank that Guess Who!

  • This makes me miss PA.

They don't know how to make a Cheesesteak in the midwest.

    haha

  • so whats the best beef for a philly steak?

  • @shaunmuffinman The best beef for a philly cheesesteak is a thinly-cut top sirloin.

  • @shaunmuffinman rib eye slabbed. this rib eye is store bought rib eye. if you get some from a suplier it is much harder and easier to work with. rib eye must be sliced semi frozen and is by far the hardest meat to slice. if you can find a good butcher who can do it, your in for a good steak sandwich. if not, well, better luck next time.

  • It was truely made with you in mind

  • Wish I could find meat like that for a Philly, I HATE that nasty STEAK UM'S mess..makes me wanna barf just thinking about it.

  • Funny one of the Best i ever had My Loving Mother made with those SteakUmz but she made it teaste as good as one of these,She was the Best But Here i was useing Hade Cut Ribeye Was little thicker then i wanted it But doing it with a n knife and not a meat slicer Makes it hard for the perfect thickness But i like to think i cooked the meat perfectly, My Half was Alsume , LOL LA ps I know john loved his half
  • @FatStuffsSteaknChezz I make mine for my kids with steak'um all the time, and I make them pretty much how you do minus the peppers and mushrooms (kids dont like them). Meat cooked on low flame, slat and pepper, mixed with cooked onions, and sliced cheese layed on top til melted and put on a roll. My daughter loves them.
