@lilly763 Yes, I definitely think Szokolay added that in! I thought it was very amusing/cheeky, although I wonder whether Clementi would have grumbled about it, since he was annoyed at Mozart for stealing the opening motif. (I also wonder why Mozart, who did not Clementi, stole this theme in the first place. Musical politics!)

Does the cadenza excerpt the Magic Flute? (for which Mozart took the first motif from Clementi)
