First off I am 21 years old, 6foot 2inches and currently 165lbs. I started working out 9 months ago and I was 150lbs then. The thing I learned while going through this by myself is you have to take supplements. I've been using BSN products since I started. No-xplode, syntha 6/Trumass and cellmass
@juice25210 Also you need to eat ALOT of food...and I mean alot. Atleast 3000+ calories a day. If you dont know what to eat then like I said do some research on what you can eat to reach the 3000 mark.
When you start working out (either at the gym or at home) for the first two weeks do a little bit of everything (chest, biceps/triceps, back, shoulders, legs) but dont push yourself too hard at the start. 2-3 sets of 10-12 repitions per workout. you should go to the gym atleast 3-4 times a week

@sliccflip No dont take truemass before you workout, hes not saying replace it with NOxplode. Hes basically saying you dont really need it. Take truemass after your workout or before you go to bed. Its most effective after a workout though.

@aireek24 U need to ring up or contact respectable gyms in your area and find out what qualifications they take, then you will need to find the corresponding course that will give you the most employability within gyms and fitness suites and then apply for that course, they are not cheap tho, Gyms will only usually accept trainers from respectable courses, so do your research.

All of your clients will be drug free and you have to know how to relate to them on every level. You sell yourself. Every part of your life is a representation of your success. Ive been debating on getting True Mass and/or Syntha6 for a while now. Im trying to put on some good mass since I am an Ectomorph. 5'10 150lbs 24yrs old. Would True Mass be too much for a Pre AND Post workout protein? Or would stacking the True Mass pre workout along with the Syntha6 post workout? At the moment, I take NOXplode pre workout, Cellmass twice a day (once post workout), and this BS "Body building" Protein twice a day (once immediately when I wake up, other post workout). Thanks!

@wazzzup1234 it depends on what goal he has set for you, shredding fat requires a calorie deficiency and building muscle requires they opposite. if you are unhealthly over weight then he should be mixing weight training and cardio together untill you have lost some fat.

@wall1 the average male, (who doesnt work out) consumes about 70g of protein a day his body will use 250g it will re use the proteins over an over agian to sustain itself, if you work out the protein demand increases, if you work 2-10 u should at least get 2 breaks so how come you only eat twice a day?

The first serving (3 scoops) is just about 2 cups and goes down WAY faster then the huge serving size of MASS GAINER.

What is so nice about BSN? I mean 22g Protein by a scoop of 44 g. A good Protein gets 25 g Protein by a 30 g Proteinpouder.

@SilverSurfer3o you gotta look at the serving sizes. true mass is a weight gainer. so if you use 3 scoop of true mass (1 serving) you get 46g of protein. if you use 2 scoops of syntha 6, you get 44 grams of protein, and 66grams of protein in 3 scoops. true mass is more about calories. 3 scoops of syntha 6 has more protein than 3 scoops of true mass

First off I am 21 years old, 6foot 2inches and currently 165lbs. I started working out 9 months ago and I was 150lbs then. The thing I learned while going through this by myself is you have to take supplements. I've been using BSN products since I started. No-xplode, syntha 6/Trumass and cellmass

@juice25210 Also you need to eat ALOT of food...and I mean alot. Atleast 3000+ calories a day. If you dont know what to eat then like I said do some research on what you can eat to reach the 3000 mark.
When you start working out (either at the gym or at home) for the first two weeks do a little bit of everything (chest, biceps/triceps, back, shoulders, legs) but dont push yourself too hard at the start. 2-3 sets of 10-12 repitions per workout. you should go to the gym atleast 3-4 times a week

@sliccflip No dont take truemass before you workout, hes not saying replace it with NOxplode. Hes basically saying you dont really need it. Take truemass after your workout or before you go to bed. Its most effective after a workout though.

@aireek24 U need to ring up or contact respectable gyms in your area and find out what qualifications they take, then you will need to find the corresponding course that will give you the most employability within gyms and fitness suites and then apply for that course, they are not cheap tho, Gyms will only usually accept trainers from respectable courses, so do your research.

@aireek24 live 100% sober and a non smoker. Be able to be in top shape without steroids. Then you can be taken seriously, as well as attract clients with your body as you go about your days. All of your clients will be drug free and you have to know how to relate to them on every level. You sell yourself. Every part of your life is a representation of your success. Your life outside of your JOB/workouts has to be just as well mannered. otherwise people will see right through the fake facade.

Ive been debating on getting True Mass and/or Syntha6 for a while now. Im trying to put on some good mass since I am an Ectomorph. 5'10 150lbs 24yrs old. Would True Mass be too much for a Pre AND Post workout protein? Or would stacking the True Mass pre workout along with the Syntha6 post workout? At the moment, I take NOXplode pre workout, Cellmass twice a day (once post workout), and this BS "Body building" Protein twice a day (once immediately when I wake up, other post workout). Thanks!

I've been taking 100% Whey for about 3 weeks now.. with my intese workout of 4 days a week, i manage to lower down my body fat level by 2.5% and gain some 3 kgs of muscle weights. I know whey protein is not for gaining some mass but u can add some ice cream in order to stack up some calories. currently i'm building up some very very lean mass all in 3 weeks. Cheers bro. @jamil7benton Simple carbs are those with a high glycemic index meaning they will release energy fairly quickly, which means if your not doing any physical activity at that present time they will be stored usually as fat. complex carbs have a low GI which means they release energy slowly and will be used up as energy instead of being stored as fat, Low GI is very good, high GI can be good in certain situations

@wazzzup1234 your personal trainer if he is certified will know what he is doing, as for supplements a good whey protein shake is all a beginner should really need, check out my video on 'how to choose a good whey protein shake'. also a slightly stricter diet is KEY!! Ask if your gym does a diet plan, without knowing you personally I cant give any more advice

@wazzzup1234 it depends on what goal he has set for you, shredding fat requires a calorie deficiency and building muscle requires they opposite. if you are unhealthly over weight then he should be mixing weight training and cardio together untill you have lost some fat.

I must say Syntha 6 is by far the best protein on the market. I have tried every protein supplement known to man and Syntha 6 is the bomb. It has amazing taste, which is by far the key to continue using the protein. It also is a meal replacment with the carbs, healthy fats, fiber and vitamins and minerals. What I like about this protein is the fact it has several types of proetin. Micellsar Casein is in Syntha 6, which is a slow releasing protein...One of the most expensive proteins to buy.

@gaychinesekungfu1 It absolutely isnt pointless, if you take a small amount of protein before the breakdown of constituant amino acids will be in your blood stream whilsty your in the gym, the repair process will start as soon as u start working out. granted taking protein DURING a workout is pointless blood flow is directed away from organs i.e. stomach and u will not digest any food taken during exercise (at least not optimally)

@wall1 the average male, (who doesnt work out) consumes about 70g of protein a day his body will use 250g it will re use the proteins over an over agian to sustain itself, if you work out the protein demand increases, if you work 2-10 u should at least get 2 breaks so how come you only eat twice a day?
