There is a Jewish ethnicity, but it doesn't mean that all Jews are ethnic Jews, some are converted or descendants of converted Jews. I was raised in a Protestant household despite being of Jewish descent. I don't practice any religion, though. I don't see what you're getting at, though, since I already knew most of what you just mentioned.
