I disagree. Cheating is not acceptable but neither is a lot of other selfish behavior that we all do. A relationship can be rebuilt and stronger than ever after an affair if the one is willing to give a sincere apology, change their behavior to rebuild trust and both are willing to make changes to grow for the other.
If it is a dating relationship, there may be more cause to leave, but if it is a marriage, rebuild it. Recommend going to Weekend to Remember.
I disagree. I feel if someone cheats on you than it pretty much destroys the relationship. Now matter how bad you want to forgive someone for such a terrible thing like infedelity, its going to eventually destroy the relationship due to trust issues. It will be next to impossible to trust someone again who has cheated on you. Just move on and find someone who respects you enough not to make the mistake to begin with.

I remember first hearing this song when it came out back in... 2003 or 2004 I believe.. I had just started finding out my fiance was cheating on me and how much this touched me. I had him listen to it so he knew how I felt... didn't work, he got mad that I felt like he didn't love me rather than feel touched or hurt that I felt that way... He was such a negative influence in my life, I don't know why I put up with him as long as I did. I never think this song with my husband now, he's my prince.

I disagree. Cheating is not acceptable but neither is a lot of other selfish behavior that we all do. A relationship can be rebuilt and stronger than ever after an affair if the one is willing to give a sincere apology, change their behavior to rebuild trust and both are willing to make changes to grow for the other.
If it is a dating relationship, there may be more cause to leave, but if it is a marriage, rebuild it. Recommend going to Weekend to Remember.

I disagree. I feel if someone cheats on you than it pretty much destroys the relationship. Now matter how bad you want to forgive someone for such a terrible thing like infedelity, its going to eventually destroy the relationship due to trust issues. It will be next to impossible to trust someone again who has cheated on you. Just move on and find someone who respects you enough not to make the mistake to begin with.
