Slightly off topic but can someone explain something to me? Although I've been to America a few times. I've never worked out why it's always 'tonight at eight/seven central' or 'tonight at seven/eight mountain'?

Let me explain:

Here in America, we have 4 different time zones. Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific. For example: say it was 8:00 on the Eastern side of the US. It would be 7:00 in the Central time zone. They would show the episode at the same time in those 2 timezones. But at that time, it's 5:00 in the Pacific and 6:00 in the Mountain time zone. So those 2 time zones wait until 8:00MT and 7:00PC.
