@Sammie2517 You're doing the new syllabus?! Just out of interest - how do you find it? I believe that there is more emphasis on 'dancing' the steps rather than the more technical aspects - is this correct?

umm well yeah, the counts of the music is kinda weird but my class is just starting to get used to it. I'm not to sure about being more dancey rather then technical because i didn't really do to much of the old syllabus. but overall i really enjoy it, especially centre work (:

@PianoThing46 i think it's only available on dvd atm :/ but i agree it's lovely! and yes more emphasis on dance, and there is a LOT less exercises!

@PianoThing46 I'm just starting it and it is very beautiful :) you can watch a clip of it if you go on the rad shop website- i think its the por de bras im not sure though everything is crammed together rather than there being millions of exercises there are just afew

@PianoThing46 i'm doing the new intermediate and im 13 , but it does concentrate more on the dance side to all exercise rather than technique , the exercises have also been made long the music is really nice as well.

it known alover the world thhat the so called english system does not give you the powerfull hands you get with the russian-vaganova system. i strongly believe that if follow that systemn you will become a good ballarina. you have good porpotions and nice strong neck
