Unlike a lot of things on YouTube, at 3:24 I can say "I was there" :) There were over 1 million people on the streets. You could not even move on the street, every inch of pavement and road was taken up by a Manchester United supporter. An incredible day. I was in Manchester 10 minutes after Ole and Sheringham scored those 2 vital goals, it was mental, even Fire Engines were going slow and the guys cheering from the top. I would do anything to go back there again on that homecoming.

Many people got there early so they could get the best seats. The top tier was full by the time the bus arrived at the stadium.
