A friend of mine grills out all the time, especially late at night. We are always waiting for the fire to get to the right cooking temp. This is very interesting, Real life examples prove it works. It sounded like they haven't started selling these yet at time of video but I am going to keep my eye on this one. I believe is will save a lot lives, I mean cooks, from angry hungry mobs of friends & family. Good luck to the inventor, but I suspect luck won't be necessary.
