I heard a interview with Schauseil and comparing it with the voice on facta loquntur its totally the same. but he does a real good job on drums

I know very well that they're german, but viking metal is the best i can describe the sound of this music. It would be a bit strange to call it folk metal, and it's definitely not black metal.
I know what you mean, it's kinda evolved out of the black genre, but a lot of the elements are still there. Maybe not that obvious in this song, but songs like "Der Scharlachrote Tod" really do carry a distinctive BM sound.
