@rockknitter he is alive,watched him still last week at a theatre, with exactly the same show with this green thing and this knight´s armour, and also that joke with two guys from the audience (just in german),but he is much older;)

I wish we could get the video of when he appeared on The Two Ronnies in 1971 (series 1 episode 3). Absolutely fantastic!!
