I believe this video is proof that animals mental intelect is inferior to humans. For all those crackheads who think animals are as smart as us or smarter go chase a laser pointer!
well the way i see it, a cat chasing a laser is no different then people watching cars drive around in a circle aka NASCAR. the only difference is that the cat prefers to try and catch the laser while the rednecks watching NASCAR are too damn lazy to take their cheap beer of off their disgusting guts hanging out of their bar-bq stained wife beater shirts. so i'd say i know lots of people whose intellect doesn't even come close to this cat.

Well most people are smart enough to know it is probably a bad idea run out onto a track and try to catch a race car. You would get hit and die! However dumb animals such as a dog or cat might try to catch that race car. Road Kill!!!!! All i can say to you is go catch a race car!!!!!
@thecraw311 Actually, I'm 15, female, well educated and I go to the races sometimes. You need to learn to stop judging people based on what few people you may have seen and based your ideas upon. I'm pretty sure my polite, well-mannered and hardworking family do NOT balance beer on their bellies. What you said is really rude and doesn't even come close to who actually go to the races. Think about what you say before you say it.
Hahah, how strange. I usually just toss some catnip on the trio and they are acting higher then everyone at Woodstock. Honestly, they go to a licking fest and are constantly touching and smelling and literally licking everything. And then I take the laser and my one female jumps nearly 2 meters in the air. But they never sleep, nor do I because they are running amuck all night. Hehe ^_^
That's a great clip... cute cat. My cat once chased a laser pointer in circles for 10 minutes, and he almost died of exhaustion. Next time I made sure to slow down. Needless to say, he's not the smartest of felines! Cheers!
