  • Hi, I'm pretty far away from 22, but very nice of you to say. I eat a lot of deep green veggies, especially kale and collard greens, broccoli, baby salad greens, dandelion. You can't over do this. I drink as much water as I am thirsty because you can over do this. I also really focus on staying as happy as possible - no joke! The better you feel (not pretending) the healthier you'll be! Cheers!
