Though very cool as a concept (fire breathing underground crushing machines) I don't think I ever squished any infantry with it. Fire blasting them with it's flamethrower was much easier.

And the AI uses Artillery to blast your base in the beginning.

@OverlordIX That's true, but if you read the bio for the newest Nod Flame Tank it'll tell you that Flame tanks of all generations use safe fuel, which means it'll only go up if you blow it up, rather than shooting it. At the same time, Maybe the armour is thick enough to take a few shots so the tank doesn't blow up.

Or maybe its good old C&C magic at work. After all, the Flame Tanks in C&C1 (Dawn) should go up with a single shot in the back too.

I have to agree with Wizzzer on this one. The developers at EA are honest, hard working guys who just want to make a great game; its the business execs at a EA that everyone should be directing their comments towards. They're more concerned with pushing a marketable release date than allowing the developers to properly polish their games.
