Greetings from Puerto Rico. I have a question: As I understand Jaume Bartumeu of the Social Decocratic Party, if elected in 2009, would open up the debate of same-sex marriage in Andorra. Now it's 2010 and no advances have been done to legalize equal marriage. I am surprised, given the positive progressive attitudes most Catalonians are known for. And I'm dissapointed to know that this human rights issue seems as having been ignored. If you are Andorran please let me know what's going on.

@muellerican Although we share most of oure culture and we speak the same language, the fact that Andorra is located in the middle of the Pirineus makes it an "old-trended" spot, just like the rest of valleys around there. It's easier to be progressist in an open landscape rather than living in the middle of nowhere.

Per cert dius que vols ser polític Andorrà.. no crec que la gent es posi d'acord en formar part d'Espanya (perdrieu la identitat de país 1, haurieu de contribuir en la "solidaritat" espanyola 2, probablement el castellà també seria oficial al vostre territori 3,... entre moltes coses. No renuncieu al que per sort teniu.

1- Apren a escriure el català. 2- Amb el castellà només et pots moure per sud-Amèrica i poc més, ves a Noruega, Suècia, Canadà, Gran Bretanya, Rússia etc. No perquè un idioma el parli menys gent s'ha de menysprear, sinó al contrari, protegir-lo i incentivar a la gent perquè el parli. 3- Catalunya és part d'Espanya (per el moment) en el passat no ho era i espera que en un futur no ho deixi de ser altre cop.
