that is very impresive, but my advice to you is to go lighter, just because when working on shoulders and using a heavy weight you are more prone to injuring your arm. but heyy no one is telling you what to do

anyone who has ever done shoulder press with even a moderate amount of weight knows that your butt will naturally slide up, causing the arch in your back. this might create the illusion that it works more pec then shoulders, but in truth it works all shoulders, you wont get a pump in your chest from that

when you do 1 shoulder at a time you automatically cheat, becouse when the one shoulder lifts the other one does an opposite movement it immediatly reduces the difficult in lifting it. i really dont know how to explain it better but it makes an invisible swing effect. like if u swing your legs up while in air your upper body will go down to compesate for the movement on the other half of the body.
so next time lower the weights and do the both at the same time.

your back is naturally arched as you know. but for presses its hard to keep form when you have to bring the bar behind or infront of your head. so try to keep you butt under your shoulders the whole time and keep our head straight and looking forward to help align your spine.remember your working shoulders not upper pecs..weight will be low. hope this was helpful.

I rep 2 sets of 6 for 105s on shoulder press. 21 years of age, lifted for 4 years and NOT ONCE touched a steroid. My 1-rep bench is @ 365lbs, and 2 sets of 5 dead-lift @ 405lbs... If I got a dime for every time someone claiming I roid, I'd have as much wealth as Warren Buffett.
depends on bodyweight, and how long you been lifting, Im guessing lifting for 6-12 months, bodyweight between 135 and 165, if those stats are right then pretty much expected, unless that 40kg per hand then thats vv good.

It's absolutely incredible just how many ugly, hatefull people there are out there. As I sit here and read the comments on these fitness videos; I am shamed and taken back. It's a sad, sad state of being when some obscure shithead can sit there on his fake high horse and use an absolute lie first as a benchmark and then to try to emotionally wound someone else. The fact is that many of the people who work out on a regular basis do so because it feels good to excercise and to see the results.

why, just cos u see someone who can lift impresive weights, do u asume he is on roids? this guy i go to the gym with has been lifting for 12 years, has a diet plan down to a science and takes whey protien and creatine. thats it. and hes presses around the same as this guy. it takes time and dedication to get there but it is possible to get there without drugs. dont just assume cos someone lifts way more than u do that he must use roids.

I rep 2 sets of 6 for 105s on shoulder press. 21 years of age, lifted for 4 years and NOT ONCE touched a steroid. My 1-rep bench is @ 365lbs, and 2 sets of 5 dead-lift @ 405lbs... If I got a dime for every time someone claiming I roid, I'd have as much wealth as Warren Buffett.

depends on bodyweight, and how long you been lifting, Im guessing lifting for 6-12 months, bodyweight between 135 and 165, if those stats are right then pretty much expected, unless that 40kg per hand then thats vv good.

I had to add 2.5lb weights to each side of the dumbbells to get 147.5lbs so I ducttaped them.

Good set. Doing 1 at a time is probably very hard. But I am surprised that a gym with so many big guys has limited dumbells. My old gym had 95kg dumbells - almost 210 lb. Good jog replying to comments btw. A lot of people don't bother. enworb, UK
