So, using the video's example, why didn't the party planner just e-mail his friends for free and have them e-mail back "Done." when they're finished? I'm not sure if the example was a disservice to the app or if the app is an unnecessary drain of time and money.
$100 per year? That's more than the most expensive GTD app by far, and it's every year! I like the collaboration features but I'm not going to pay that plus another hundred for every client or colleague I work with, maybe I would if it was for five users (including clients). I'll stick with Things on Mac and iPhone, especially as it will likely soon sync through iCloud.

I was somewhat excited to try this app out with a few friends and coworkers, but then I realized that this is 10 dollars a MONTH for EACH person. Thanks but no thanks!
Also, makers of this video might want to acknowledge that the majority of users on the web use Windows machines and, as such, might want to try to tweak the aesthetic of this video to Windows users palettes. Not just Mac users. I own a Mac but even I know importance of appealing to Windows users.
Ok, nice presentation and all, but I could make a google tasks list on Google that I can share with others. What else does it do? Given that flow is a paid service, what else does it do that I couldn't already do using google products, which, also work on any PC, Linux box, Mac, iPhone, Android and iPad?
It's a nice little ad, but it does a great disservice to a powerful product.
I'm in love ti Flow, but this hipster aesthetic and silly use case wouldn't have made me check it out in the first place, if I only has this ad to go on.
Plus, there's hardly any acknowledgement given to one of Flow's best assets - its amazing UI.
Flow is one of the best web apps I have seen in a long time... It even surpasses me.com that inspired it in the first place. Pity it is WAY overpriced :-(
Find it funny the dude is eating cream corn out of the can. haha

The guy with the beard has a wrong voice for this. You don't feel like he knows what he's talking about it. He sounds like he just woke up.
And the people does not seem exited about their party. That makes me NOT exited about this app.

And the exact upside of using this paid service versus sending a text message to your friend would be?

Another great commercial by Adam Lisagor.
But $10/month? Flow might be great software, but it's priced for affluent kids with sinecure jobs and trust funds.
