@guythatmadethisvideo The handheld just give the coordinates the HoD, and the HoD has different power setting, like TheShizz41 said, it can take out from a take to entire cities.

Interesting. I know the location used in the video. It's an arial shot of the New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina flooded and damaged most of the place. I recognized the place because the stadium in the middle is the Superdome.

It is on 'Jacinto' 'Day one' and can be set as a weapon on mutiplayer. I don't know what other maps have it.

that gun is friggin awesome. they say it only has 4 charges then self destructs, but i used it all the way to the end to kill the last guy in like 10 seconds. lol. the best.
