  • LOL, I'm nosy so I went back about 5 pages to read a silly argument. Part of the argument is someone saying chicken is expensive. I'm sorry, maybe it's a regional thing but chicken is cheap where I live (Connecticut) and I honestly thought the prices were about the same everywhere. How can a family pack of chicken cost $20!? It's like $9 MAX for about 4-5 pounds in my area. Where do you people live?! Oh, I'd also like to add that the chicken looked delicious in this video! :)

  • hey, i made a batch of these, but while it was frying up, the breading started to fall off. by the time it was done, about 20% of it fell off. can you tell me what im doing wrong?

  • @mesahusa a tip to keeping the breading on the chicken is to after you flour the chicken, let it rest on a wire rack for about at 10 mins prior to frying. Also you can dip the chicken in flour again after you've allowed the chicken to rest, right before you fry it. Make sure the chicken is not to wet when u put in into the oil. Make sure you use an appropriate frying pan or cooking pot for frying. Make sure the temperature is between 350 and 375 before you start to fry. Good luck!

  • @mesahusa that happened to me a lot I didn't know why but i figured out you have to coat them extra and while it's frying don't stir them until you know the breading is stuck on them. You can test 1 piece to know if it's ready to mix them. Also even though it's not healthy, you have to use a lot of oil like that guy did.

  • THE BEST RECIPE ON YOUTUBE FOR THIS CHICKEN, Americans are the worst when it comes to doing meat. THEY ONLY SEASON WITH SALT AND BLACK PEPPER, yuk!!! This will have the meat still smelly and fresh. Here in the Caribbean we use plenty of green herbs and marinate the chicken down to the bones for several hours. This totally removes the smell freshness and your chicken tastes better. From the look of American in seasoning their meats, I might puke if I ever try them.

SOME use all purpose seasoning salt in place of the salt and black pepper. Check this American Lady foe example frying her chicken named Betty.   • For all you people complaining about "chicken once a year" remember this. Hes a Chef, he can probably make hundreds of recipes. Why would he settle with Fried Chicken? Another thing. All these people saying "i have chicken bla bla bla a week" thats because chicken is.....cheap and doesnt cost much to make, so maybe the reason you make it so much (other than the fact that its good) is because its cheap and easy to make.   • @MrCapisce Chicken is actually quite expensive in comparison with pork and certain cuts of beef. A chicken breast can go from anywhere from 3-5 dollars depending on wether it has been de boned or de-skinned. Compare that to 3 dollars for 3 pork chops and after an increase to a meal for a family it could be less than ten dollars for a roast of beef or pork chops, and most likely a family pack of chicken will cost almost 20 dollars. Not that cheap my friend.

  • @CorbenMS Chicken is also expensive compared to a bad of skittles, whats your point? My point wasn't comparing chicken to anything. The point was its CHEAP. 3-5 dollars isn't expensive. You can get a whole chicken for under $10 or a bag of boneless skinless chicken breast with about 15 in it for under 10. Im not sure where your shopping to pay 20dollars for a family pack but you may want to hit up walmart.
