No she's not, proof is at the start of Ocarina of Time sheik comes in while link is talking to zelda.. and in that town on the side next to the castle the people talk about how sheik grew up there and is a part of some tribe.. Zelda is far to young to have grown up to be as old as sheik and have a history in that town. :)

At the start inside the castle when your sneaking in past the milk guy once you get to princess zelda and look through the window she says allow my guardian or w/e to escort you out, then sheik escorts you out and explains it all to you, it cant be zelda.. there may be the temple of time and what have you but this isn't any back to the future episode, you dont see your young self walking about when you use the temple of time

@Wowwhatnow17 Uh, no... Sheik doesn't escort you out, Impa does. She teaches you Zelda's lullaby. Impa is a SHEIKAH, which is the same race that Sheik is. But Sheik doesn't appear until Link is an adult.
