But it was woerth it!! My P.E teacher let's us have a double under contest and I have the 2nd highest score!!! In the WHOLE school!!! The 1st high score was 37 double unders!!

  • Hey Destorm, the angle of your wrists while spinning the dumbell I think could be very prone to developing carpal tunnel syndrome, since it's the same angle that is warned against while using computer keyboards to avoid it. It's when you have your hands making an angle with your forearm, to the outside side ( left hand flares out slightly to the left, right hand flares out slightly to the right). Thanks for a great vid!!! I'm really getting into jump rope, and I'm doing a lot of research.

  • Destorm, you said the gym body looks different than the 'athelete' body. What do you mean exactly? Is the gym body more 'round'? I would like to choose, but I'm not exactly sure what you mean.

  • @korvan6333 the "gym" body, are people who work out at a gym constantly, lifting and benching heavy weights and have big bulky muscle (the people you see with huge arms and chests.)

    an "athlete" body is more lean and long.

    you have to work at what you want your body to look like i.e im working for lean muscle so i go on runs, jump roping and i do not lift excessive weights compared to people who want big bulky muscle. good luck!

    I have a problem, I love your 3 minute workout, but in regards to the abs/chest area:

    I shattered my coccyx a couple of years ago, and am therefore unable to do things such as situps without it causing a lot of pain. Do you have any other recommendations? I lost a hell of a lot of weight recently, so now I need to get rid of that little bit of fat that's left over/burn it off and replace it with muscle.

  • @markgoffeney dude, calm down. It's not BS. What the guy was saying about pushups can and will work, but just won't be as effective as negatives. As long as you're building strength whether it be through pushups or pullups (you are lifting 60% of your bodyweight), you will still get results. But it will take a lot longer to do pullups by training with pushups.

  • @mhrockstar I always thought supine pull ups work the fastest for preparing the actual pull muscles involved. Negatives might be ok for training heavy for the bench press. but supine pull ups are really great for beginners i have taught several women this way. And they can all do at least a few now.

  • @SoulOne94 Try to start doing push-up everyday. Try doing 5, then 10 and so on.. Then after few weeks you will be able to do pull-up. Maybe first time you will do 1 pull-up, but if you will continue to do push-up and pull-up, number of your pull-up and muscles will grow :)

  • @Jz1dE I'm not Destorm. But you can't go wrong with Black Tea. Just a few less health properties than Green Tea but still amazing for after work out to kill the Amonia toxins that the body prduces. But, to put it simple: Water=Sexy. lol.

    uhh i used to drink alot of pop and i felt like crap and lazy when i was done drinking it and my mom wouldent by pop so i had to drink water and i got use to it so people if you dont like water just keep drinking it and you get used to it it helped my friend he was like realy fat he didnt worl out or anything all he did was stop drinking pop and just water and he got pretty skinny hope i helped
