  • Its a great Video! I was 2008 on this Place swimming and fishing and i see also so great Pikes.Next Year im gon fishing in the Yukon and BC!

  • fantastic video.

  • very interesting video, good job!

  • yes Snafu would be great. good idea. I fish it every year

  • the pike up there are massive, saw loads on Lake McQuesten up near Mayo in the Yukon this summer.

  • Hey good job on that!! sure is nice country up that way!

  • Basically, this was pike-porn as, just after ice-out, laying side-by-side in such a swallow weed bed... they obvioulsy were spawning. Fish Porn! Is that what's next? ...Send clip off to "Pikes Gone Wild" video-house, I guess. ("Show us your teeth!")

    (Nice vid, though, seriously.)

  • One time a pike swallowed my underwater camera while i was fishing!

  • Cool post it

  • At Band Camp? Jk....had to say it

  • I went fishing before too

  • Cool vid. Upper Snafu would be great for similar footage.

  • pike are biting great up here in minnesota a few weeks back up lake vermillion i caught a 39" great fight

  • great video. i like to think of myself as a Pike hunter. love catching them toothy critters.i live in Maine ,USA and they dont get quite as big as they do there.lucky you get a chace to catch the big 50's..

  • I was there yesterday and couldn't catch a thing. The ones I saw were definitely less active. Too cold still? Half the lake is/was still in ice.

  • I don't think the Pike are interested much in feeding this time of year so I would not expect much action fishing - they are too busy spawning. Let them spawn...come back in a few weeks it should be much better then. Cheers

  • Awesome, thanks Kingpoint!

  • oh man, that's what it's all about. Really nice.

  • were you just paddleing around with an under water ice fishing camera?

  • Cool.

  • I passed by that lake in summer 2000, on the yukon trip. But who'd think all the northern pike!!

  • i spent the summer of 05 on a NOLS trip in the Yukon ending in Forth Mcpherson N.W. and drove back on the dempster to whitehorse. Fished on Elliot lake and stream which lead onto the Hart river and later onto the Peel river, we paddled all of these and fished the entire time and it was amazing, sadly the only fish in that area seemed to be Greyling

  • Loved that lake.

  • should'a reached out and grabbed a tiger by the tail, no fishing pole needed.

  • id get a chubby thinking about fishing there

  • I went on a five day canoe trip on Snafu lake, which is pretty close to Little Atlin lake (farther from Whitehorse though, I think) and I went to Camp Yukon on Little Atlin, I think. Not exactly sure where the camp was :P

  • what the hell, this lake seems to be loaded with big pike
