removing bad teachers?how about creating elementary math teachers?every teachers are teaching math differently with different outcomes and results. some teaches 50% success rate others 80% success rate. but for the 50% thats bad! and thats my point.we should have somebody in charge in 1st graders math/2nd graders who is in charge in math and so on. this way if the teacher like myself teaches 100% of my class will teach100% all the 1st graders. then we are successful. go to youtube..lionking4277
