To clarify it, Kisame did die. When Aoba was reading his mind, he killed himself by summoning sharks so that no information could get obtained.

Konan is unconfirmed, however; Tobi did say that she would die after he used genjutsu on her to find where Nagato's body ended.

For the anime to catch up the Manga 568 it will take a year and a half so I don't recommend waiting haha
