The rules also state that "The Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion," and that "A minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian." So what's up with that? Good luck, and I say, let the children in, since after all, Glenn is all about the kids.

The rules state that no actors under 18 are allowed in the contest...too bad, since 2 of the best entries have kids! Hope they change the rules!
